It means Mysterio2 is busy editing it, but will be automatically checked out if he doesn't finish by 9:52 PST.
Looks like he's already finished, actually.

When I want to edit Marvel Vs Capcom 3, I'm instead linked to the same page with a banner says "This entry is checked out until 09:52 Pacific Standard Time by Mysterio2." What does that mean?
