The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
That might be Nothing Exciting Ever Happens Here. Otherwise, put it as a Themed Wedding.
Edited by CanuckMcDuck1 Discombobulate.I don't think the example fits either trope.
I'm not sure whether we have a trope for, hmm, limited settings? (Analogue to Limited Wardrobe)
Seems like a locale version of The Main Characters Do Everything.
I’m not sure if there even is a trope for that.
Would this be Wham Episode?
^^ "Seems like a locale version of The Main Characters Do Everything"
Might be valid to pursue in the TLP as this seems to happen in other works focused on a particular setting as well. For example, in The Office (US), characters end up doing things at work they'd be far more likely to do at home, like Jim and Pam doing their Christmas gift exchange. Similar for events on IASIP happening at Paddy's Pub or Parks and Rec happening at the Parks and Rec office.
In Community Shirley gets back together with her ex-husband and they get married. However, their wedding takes place at Greendale Campus, as opposed to at a church. I'm wondering if there's a trope for when events occur at the show's main setting, when they should happen somewhere else.
