Typically, people will put an early access game in the folder corresponding to the early access release year, with a note saying it's in early access. Then, once the full release happens, they'd move it to that year's folder (if it's a different year).
So I would say yes, put it in the 2024 folder for now. Who knows, the full release might also be this year.

ENDER MAGNOLIA: Bloom in the Mist came out on Early Access a few days ago, so is it good to put on Video Games of the 2020s under 2024, or should I wait for the full release before I add it to the index?
