I generaly think how many acts any work has is entirely subjective unless stated explicitly.

I looked at the page for Kishoutenketsu the other day and I want to know if any four-part episodes of the Classic Series of Doctor Who fall into this category. Kishoutenketsu involves introduction (ki), development (shou), a twist (ten), and resolution (ketsu). I feel like at least An Unearthly Child falls into this. Can anyone else tell me if any other episodes from the show (classic or modern) meet the criteria for Kishoutenketsu?
