I actually noticed this earlier today and thought it was a fluke. I’ll check the database query for ATT and see why it’s so slow. It also seems like TF is slow too.

Going to push up a hotfix for this soon. it was sorting through nearly the entire table just to pull the first page of results.

Did the hotfix go through? The sorting is screwed up now

Note that this is happening again. Already twice in the same few minutes.

If it happens again, please screenshot immediately, because it's not something I've ever observed, and would be strange considering queries don't load dynamically.

Ya the queries aren’t optimized well and sometimes exceed the 5 second threshold that we set and will cancel before it finishes. I’ll look into improving the queries so this doesn’t happen in a future update.

This isn't the first time I hear a section of the site blanks out because it was too slow. Shouldn't there be a placeholder with an error saying what has failed to load?

Like what other section? Because this isn’t something the user should ever experience since most queries load within a single second. It’s just that back when the query for ATT/TF was made there wasn’t many entries so it got slower and slower over many years.

I'm sure there was a report about user's edit history not loading at all because the query couldn't get all of them in time and halted half-way, which was fixed by increasing the timeout. Since it's also something a user shouldn't experience, I'd figure it'd be normal to show a message saying just that.

The query in question doesn't seem to appear when I search for it, and I feel I may be pushy with personal practices, so feel free to disregard.

Just sent up a hotfix for the ATT query. it should be much faster now and not timeout anymore.
