While not as limited as your results, viewing the page when logged out also omits things for me (no episode description, no recap index, some of the trope entries...)
It looks fine for me, signed in and signed out (Firefox 119.0.1 on Ubuntu).

This was a caching issue. Logged-in users don't see cached pages, so they saw the up-to-date version of the page.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.
When logged out, I can only see two tropes on Doctor Who 60th AS "The Star Beast": Retraux and Rearrange the Song. No intro paragraph, no image, no other tropes. Logged in, I can see the whole thing. Does anyone know what's causing this? I can replicate it in Chrome and Edge.
