Nope, but similar. The girl was only shown with stuff being done in her arm, not assembled. I also think that her hair was white, but I am not sure about that. I think there was a close-up on her arm getting a skin-colored panel placed on it.

But yeah, I remember the music video alternating between the singer singing in public with the singer seemingly getting maintenance or something.
There might have also been a scene in a gym, with the singer using some of the equipment.
I was NOT expecting a song from my province on TV Tropes today.
The video alternate between the female singer singing on stage and the singer in a surgery-like room with doctors doing stuff to her robotic body. Except in the moments where we can see the mechanical insides, the girl looks fully human.
