Character Shilling is when in-universe characters are used to talk up how awesome/badass/competent/etc another character is, especially when there is nothing shown in universe about why that character deserves such praise. Not sure what you mean by "a sow" though.

Is Character Shilling about a sow trying talk up character or someone In-Universe talking up a character?
The reason I ask in that I was thinking of writing an entry but am a bit confused by the definition.
