If it still has a page history, you could copypasta that back in. (not sure if cut pages do)

and ask for it to be unlocked. Once that's done, you can grab the formatting from the page history, since that's not cut when the page is.
Is there any way to undo a cut page?
The circumstance is that I was trying to cut-list a misspelled page (Sesquipedialian Smith), but on my first attempt I accidently spelled the title correctly (Sesquipedalian Smith). As soon as I realised, I added a note to the correctly-spelled page's discussion explaining and asking for it not to be cut, but it was cut anyway.
