Anyhoo, looking at the forum thread, it seems like you have to be willfully ignorant or hopelessly naive to think that "hey, he's not saying he supports these conspiracy theories, he just is amplifying them and 'just asking questions.'"
The whole "just asking questions" line is classic for when someone knows their belief wouldn't be widely accepted but still want to get it out there.

I reverted it, but removed the final line. As has been pointed out before, ROCEJ is a rule already, and so we don't need to invoke it by mentioning it. It's a bit like how we don't need comments on every page asking people to please use proper spelling. It's already assumed that we need to do that.
