So, Kirby hadn't gotten the credit he deserved, and the man he should have an equal share of the credit with was running the company that should've given it to him—what do you call that? Yes, Lee and Kirby should have an equal share, but that's not what happened.
I mean, your argument's basically "Lee and Kirby did equal amounts of work, Kirby deserves more credit, therefore Lee didn't steal it." I don't follow.

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. All that shows is that Lee was better at contract negotiation.
And he did that to everyone. Even if he had nothing to do with a comic, he'd be all over it; find a Marvel comic from Stan's time that doesn't have "Stan Lee presents" on the top, he'd overshadow anyone writing or drawing for Marvel. And that's why Alan Moore hates his guts.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatAnd it shows that Lee used that skill at contract negotiation to be a total dickweed to his creative partners. If the comics industry was a meritocracy, I would hope the merits that would get one to the top would be, y'know, skill in your chosen field, rather than contract negotiation.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. It's not even like he was THAT good at writing. Lee got away with some awful writing just because Kirby and Ditko's art was that damn good.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatKirby, I'll give you. I not fond of Ditko's style. Lee's writing, cheesy as it was, was the strongest part of Spider-Man until John Romita Sr. started doing the art.
After some point, Ditko was responsible for the plots and Stan Lee only wrote the dialogue and caption boxes.
Even carries on to the movies.Leads a lot of people (Including my sister) to thinking he's actually behind Captain America coz he cameos in it.
In all fairness, pretty sure "Being hated by Alan Moore" is the second most common characteristic in the American Comic book industries besides "Breathes Oxygen"

Yay for Rantasmo!
Boo, Oddity Archive didn’t make it, but deserves to.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!Yeah, but I'm sure Moore hates guys at DC, and hated guys there when he worked on their main books, and he still writes for them on occasion.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatFrothy Pint of Metal is also joining the CA.

Just a person. He/him.Wonder if CA will make any effort to promote their new producers, or will stick with the usual "They'll update so you better catch their name in our terrible banner at the top announcing the newest uploads".
It's one of CA's biggest problems, they bring in new people, and then make no effort to tell people on the site who they are and why you should care to watch their videos.
Not to mention the now-infamous rumor about the website redesign that's like... what? 4 years old?

I think they HAVE to actually go through with it if they're adding thus many new people.

The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Last we heard is that it had a planned deadline, but they missed it, and now they're waiting on some updates to the blip player to enact the change.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. The Omega was accepted as well.
Just a person. He/him.Chris Stuckmann got added too.
"Urge to thump... rising." -FighteerSo many new producers. Now really hoping Channel Awesome gets their game together and promotes them.
So far, the new guys are included in the section at the bottom of the main page titled... well, "New Guys".
Also, The Dom was added as well.
Just a person. He/him.At the bottom of a page three miles long (Especially when people might be bookmarked to their favorite critic's page) hardly counts as a promoting. Especially when the one line description tells you, like, nothing about the guy doing it.
Yeah, agreed. The page definitely needs redesign.
Just a person. He/him.
#SHOTS FUCKING FIRED
Stan didn't really steal from Kirby, rather the two were both so heavily ingrained din the process of the stories both should be credited as creator. Kirby definitely deserves more credit, but they wouldn't exist without stan.
