Just took a look at V's ending (as I normally do for just about anything). Would I be correct in saying that Neptune ends up staying in the 80s? 'Cause I've yet to see one that implies otherwise, unless it's in the dialogue.

Archive binge this thread and you may find your answer. I have yet to spoil the ending for myself, except for the Les Yay CG in one of the endings.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2Got my answer by searching that thread for "ending". It's an open ending. Dammit, I hate those sorts of endings.

You people got the contexts wrong. Now, endings abound. Spoilahs...
This game has only 3 endings, which is sort of good as I won't have to NG+ that many times. Now, first thing's first, the Not So Good Ending. Fail to have all 5 key items before Yellow Heart boss fight in Chapter 8 nets you a Pishe that doesn't remember anything. In the end, both Nep and Nep Jr get stuck raising Pishe, nothing is resolved.
The Good But Not Enough ending. If you haven't got Rei flashbacks before the end of Chapter 9, you're pushed to the path where Neptune and Pururun have to go into the original world on their own, leaving Nepgear and everyone behind. Even with the help of other Goddess Imoutos, you left Nepgear behind to suffer MOAR one day equals one year there syndromes. Nothing's really resolved after you beat the Rei in Neptune's world
The terrifically brilliant Best ending. Everyone steps into Neptune's world, including original Rei. Iris Heart tries to subjugate the dark flame on her own, but she can't quite nail it. It takes a bit of cowardly touch of Rei, the original holder, to dim it right. Croire gets back to Pururun's world, only to end up as alternate Neptune's butterfly book collection. Zings. Ok, before that, a portal is made, enabling constant travel between the two worlds AND equalizing the time flow. No more one-day here means one-year there shenanigans. They basically live the same flow
So yeah, you got it wrong. What you saw was Pururun stuck in Neptune's world, not the other way around. Nepgear's basically yelling at them to get shares, and make another dimension jump portal. The end of the Not Good Enough ending

What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...Oh man, I feel like a new Sonic game came out that I haven't played. So many spoilers (albeit for different reasons).
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Trying not to look at the spoilers! Again!
Quick, someone talk about Disgaea or post Neptune fanart!
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.So, that Disgaea. I uh got a Yoshitsuna and am trying to level it up to be perfect, but it occurs to me that if I wanted it to be absolutely perfect I wouldn't have gotten any of the bonus levels needed before getting the third Dark Assembly plus attack bill passed.
Fascinating, right?
The only Yoshitsuna I ever got was the Mini-Yoshitsuna that is a pirate ship part.
It is designed to be standalone, so it doesn't fit with any of the other parts. Otherwise it's pretty rad.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Wish granted. Rom and Ram in HDD fanart.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2@Cassie: Wait a minute. Which world has what time flow before the ending? I'm confused.
Not bad, but disturbing when you remember that they're kids.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Point, I was thinking fast. So then how about this.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2Better.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."@burnpsy: One day in Neptune's world equals one year in Pururun's world. More than 10 years have passed in the course of the plot. That's all I can say
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...That was exactly what I was asking. Makes sense, thanks.
You could fit Nebraska between those eyes.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."I approve of Purple Heart and bathing Noire.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.For those who wanted that picture of Iris and Purple Heart◊, here it is. It a medium quality but I don't think anymore would care.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2I approve.
...I need to stop approving everything involving this game. I am so hyped.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Official English title: Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory
I'll be moving those pages now...
Also, I think NIS America finally got me to actually care about the iPhone.

Huzzah!
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.I've moved all of the pages for the third game, corrected all wicks, and cutlisted the old ones.
But yeah. While that sort of release time frame was to be expected when you consider when they released the previous games, I'm still surprised that they're bringing the app over.
I plan to buy an Android phone in the next few months, so the announcement of the Neptunia app is a welcome development for me.
How far will your 20 pesos go?
Don't cry Purple Heart! You look pretty in that dress!
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.
