All Purpose Negima Fanfiction Thread:

Prideful Prince
Interestingly, the Joker wasn't actually lying. Those are the events of his origin. One of them. The Joker does remember every single loop, after all, he doesn't actually need to lie, and I do believe that he'd find telling a completely unbelievable story that is actually true far funnier than simply bullshitting everyone.

Also, what's up with people who end every single sentence with an XD smiley?

Celestia's still alive in this itteration though, right? Speaking of alicorns, are you doing anything with Cadance? And due to the insane nature of the Unequallyverse, I have to ask, is Daring Do still a fictional character? (I'm so happy that that page exists)

I could do something with Daring Do as a Mundus Magicus arc subplot or in a short spinoff, since, the way the URAE verse is set, they'd have to have copied the outfit from DW. There's something to be explored there, especially since DW's daughter studies with Twilight Sparkle.

URAE Celestia is still alive and trollin'.

Actually, I took Melvin from this comic. I was unaware of that video's existence.
In other news, I'm always right. But so are you, as long as you agree with me.

@Napoleon: I believe that you're getting confused with Mare-Do-Well, who yes, would have been inspired by Dark Wing Duck and yes, she's awesome and should turn up. Daring Do is an In-Universe fictional character who the bronies have taken a rather strong liking to and have thus givin her an awesome TV Tropes page (understandable, because she is awesome). There has been a few small pieces of Defictionalisation done, but there is a lot to defictionalise.

You know, remember the Daring Do page back when it was created. You bronies are insane. I love it.

I feel bad for the poor smuck that isn't familiar with MLP that thinks it's real, though. [lol]

@No Limit: Indeed. I often look at that page and think, "Why don't these books exist!? Why!?"sad
Unity of the Sun Mare
Somebrony ought to write them for real.

[up][up]Honestly, I fully agree with you. If Disney can release a shitton of books based off their Disney Channel teenie-bopper sitcoms, Hasbro should be able to release books based off Daring Do. For one thing, it'll turn on more people to reading. And for another, it'll sell like a new Pokemon game on release date for the bronies.

Speaking of which, WHY HAVEN'T I GOT THE NEW POKEMON GAMES IN MY HANDS YET?!

It was just released today. Well, technically, for New Yorkers, it was released a day early at our world famous Nintendo World.

I heard Satoshi Tajiri made a surprise appearance and I DIDN'T GO. DX

The books are being slowly written as far as I'm aware. Some of them anyway. The way to include Equestria in Negima, I think it would be its own artificial plane.

@Kurush: There have been attempts, but most chicken out when they realise the scope of what they've decided to do.

EDIT: [up]That works surprisingly well.

@Sinclair: I HOPE that there are still those trying. Plus, Celestia Radio is doing an adaptation.

It'd honestly be like creating your own book series from scratch. Sure, you have some of the groundwork/idea, but you would have virtually nothing to work with.

I thought of something.

With Konoka and Ako gone, Ala Alba doesn't really have a medic to speak of in GHQ. Ayaka and Yue kinda picked up the slack, but since half the challenge they face is trying to get Konoka back (and not realizing how much political shit she's in), I wonder who would either side with them as a medic, or who would be more adept at learning healing spells that would help?
You know you want to add more tropes to THIS.
I honestly have trouble imagining either. Yue's too much of a Magical Girl Warrior and Ayaka is too...Ayaka to be a medic, I feel.

Yue would probably take the time to learn to atleast be a halfway competent healer, if only because no sane mage should go around without knowing how to patch him or herself up... unless your name is Evangeline or Negi, in which case you don't actually need to know how to heal yourself, since your body does it on its own.

I COULD see Ayaka becoming a medic because "A class rep's role is to aid her classmates
