@gregnes2000/cake1(5,4): Rather than command you to leave, they answer you happily. Greetings, travelers. Yes, we're here on the account of missing residents of the town nearby! We haven't seen too many monsters, aside from the local fauna, so that takes away from some of the clues we formulated.. But, there's also another issue that we've come here to-" The individual in front pauses, his movements paralyzed as a cloud of dark-purple... something passes through them. You can only watch as their metal armor starts to.. change in appearance to something much more menacing and evil... ((something like this!◊))

@Kilgore Trout(4,4): As much as you thought you wanted to get some kind of revenge, you get over it, besides, you've got danger before you! You lunge out, your torso moving forward as you reach out to punch! They gingerly sway to the side, avoid in your attack- but, in this, there's a revelation! Both your legs and upper body are totally movable, despite their current position!

@Cathari Sarad(3): The figure sits up, and turns in her boat, as you see a rather feminine face to match those pink locks... they look upon with you lazy eyes, yawning and stretching their arms... "Nnn.... Hmm... Who're you supposed 't be..." Tired and sluggish, she soon wakes up, a burst of energy shaking her alive. "Oh, shit! I overslept! Lady Shiki's gonna bust my ass for this.." Quickly grabbing their oar, they start rowing down the river. "Sorry, head guy. I'm a bit busy..

@Black Mage Anolis(3): Most of the townspeople could vouch for you there. Regardless, Gyras goads you with the bracelet. "Even so, this is just for precautionary measures- I'm not one who likes to use force when the other side still has a chance to prove themselves right."

@Skiller 2(4): Shamely sneers spitefully, looking down on you like some kind of peasant.    "You simple, simple fool. I'm no longer the weakling imp I was before, and soon, you'll be reduced to the earth like all you helpless humans!"    Three large orbs of dark energy circle around her, increasing in speed, before they fly right towards the three of you!

@Savaget 1337(3): You put those powers to use, whipping out what you assume would be healthy vines... until you finally come to the realization, and see that thanks to the darkened state of the forest, the plants have started to die! However, thanks, to your skill, you manage to land a few scrapes and cuts in time, even with the wilting plants!

@powerpuffbats(5): A little late to the party, but you're already at your destination- for some lucky reason, you've teleported right there! You're standing at the foot of a dark forest, almost like something you'd see in an RPG, in the distance, you can see a few others doing... something.

"Damn, my abilities aren't going to be that effective if all the plant life is dying!"

@Cathari Sarad(2): "I just said.... ugh.. never mind. I might as well just take you along, since no one's here... name's Komachi Onozuka.◊ I'm a shinigami around these parts. And to answer your question, you're gonna have to take the long way out. There's actually two ways to get out of here, but one of them might just leave you a disembodied head.. and the other, involves a very strict, reprimanding judge. Sure you wanna continue? Well, actually.. I kinda have to take you along."

@Savaget 1337(4,3): Your spiky shield forms itself before you, all manner of dark attacks blocked! Switching from offensive to defensive, you utilize the thorns, pushing them out like some floral porcupine! ...they don't go to far, and whatever ones reach her are swiped away easily... it makes for good practice.

@Black Mage Anolis(5): ((Just a heads-up, this roll is to determine whether the bracelet has an effect on you. Bad rolls mean they do, high rolls mean they don't.)) As Gyras slips the bracelet onto you, they expected some kind of negative reaction- its purpose was to drain the holder of any physical energy, almost like a nullifying-item. But, honestly, you feel completely fine! In fact, you feel better than before, as you flash a bright smile! Both the townspeople and the other knights gasp gently, as they seemed to be so bent on taking you down. Gyras, however, says nothing. [[gray: "Well, it seems like we were wrong. My mistake for doubting you. But... what was this about another accomplice of yours using... ki, you said? Elaborate on that, if you could."

@powerpuffbats(4,5,4): ((Since you're a beginner, I'll just put those in the same post. but, in the future, if you have a few actions that you want to do in the same turn, just put them all in one post- most of the time, extra posting is reserved for dialogue.)) You weave and bob your way through the dark orbs as they fly past the ones they were intended for, finding their straight forward path easy to dodge. You hold your sword with exceptional grip, making sure it never leaves your hand. For the rest of this battle, you can't lose your grip on your sword! Yet, you feel like you need more power... Within you, the burning desire to vanquish evil burns brighter! As if by some magical phenomenon, the tip of your sword starts to feel a lot hotter! You can't exactly use it yourself, channel your fire into other objects and weapons!

@Skiller 2(2): You keep trying, but you can't keep it stable enough to form a proper one! It just keeps falling apart!

@gregnes2000(5): The forest floor around you starts to freeze, frost coating the grass in a thin sheet of ice. Your hands emit an energy way below zero, as you prepare to defend your group against the horde of transformed knights!

@cake1(5): ((It's actually multiple, to be exact!)) You succeed, much better than you had expected- an dense shield covers not only the area you and your companions are in, but gives them their own special protection, keeping them from taking too much damage.. it's very refreshing.

@T-manboy55(4): Well, of course there is. Theria merely just points in the opposite direction- the original entrance you came in is still intact.. the only problem is, you'll have to do some climbing.

@Kilgore Trout(5): Maybe it's thanks to the decreased wait, but as you dodge them all, you leave afterimages in your wake, almost like an illusion in yourself! Shamely finds that there's no point in doing this if most will just evade something coming right towards them.

Raising her hands high. Shamely prepares another attack- if it were even possibly, her hands are cloaked in what had to be oddly described as glowing shadow, as her mouth moves to speak.    "Aerial Doom ~ Blinding Maelstrom."    A thick laser of dark energy shoots up past the trees, wavering in a few seconds, the amplitude of those waves growing by the second. As you look up, you gasp as any instance of that blue sky is blotted out by falling spears of dark matter!

The knights on the other end start hammering away at your shield gradually- they can't pass through, but if they can break it, you might be in some trouble! You can already hear the sound of their constant battering against your barrier, hoping Cake's primary shield will last long enough for a proper offensive!

((Well, here's an idea for the health thing. Every player has 25 health- let's say I do a secret roll for any enemy doing an attack. In this case, I'll roll a 1d4 - 1 means a failed attack, 2 means a partially successful attack, 3 means a successful attack, and 4 is an exceptional attack. If it's towards a specific person, then the individual takes the number of damage that the enemy got in their roll (ie: enemy rolls a 2, player takes two damage.) if it's an attack towards everyone, i'll do a roll for everyone, and whatever they get will determine how much they lose. People can regain health through conventional means (sleeping in an inn, potions), but opportunities for gaining additional health are very rare... however, if we're finally comfortable with the idea of +1's, then I can incorporate that in there somewhere! I'll still have to work on this a ton, since typing all of that was a hassle...))
