To be blunt, I don't really like the character designs you have right now. I'm with Five X on this one.
Well, this is a little unfair. I did post up examples of my art in that thread. Saying that my art is "fitting" at first and then expecting me to change it radically is a bit too much. I just feel like I've wasted my time.

Hm. This is a predicament. Your art is good, and I thought it could fit at first, but I have to settle on saying that it's not animesque enough. I never actually thought that would be a problem, but unfortunately it is. Sorry for making you draw all that for nothing.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Just a quick question, if this is all about the Bible and Jesus Christ, would there be any instance of the Roman authority/legions?
More specifically, Emperor Tiberius Julius Caesar Augustus?
Support Taleworlds!Yeah, that's the second one planned. It would have the Romans, yes, as a football team that picks on Jess. I guess Tiberius could be their leader or something. Or maybe their coach? No, probably team captain.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.I dunno, Caesar's Legion is helping me out pretty well...
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Hey, I just saw this. I'm playing around with Ren'Py right now, so if you need a helping hand with coding I'm available.
I wrote a little more recently. Not too much, but I might upload it for reading.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes. No, Tiberius should be the coach. Pontius Pilate is the team captain.
Actually it would make more sense for the coach to be Pilate's immediate superior, Lucius Vitellius the Elder, the Legate of Syria at the time.
I guess poor old Tiberius could be the head Gym teacher, then. Or something.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Well it's not like Tiberius really had much to do with the events in Judaea personally. It was the Legate of Syria who actually controlled the Legions in the area directly (Legio X Fretensis, if I remember correctly), so he would be considered the authority in that region. Basically Pilate's boss. He actually deposed Pilate in 36 AD after he fell out of favour with the locals.
Which is kind of funny, 'cause Pilate didn't do anything bad, he just tried to make the Jews happy and enforce the law by offing some random dude who was bugging them. He did lend his name to a series of popular exercises, though.
EDIT: Now that I think of it, he should also run an afterschool pilates club. Just for the lulz.

I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Different pronunciation. But I agree it'd be funny.
Actually, I believe the only difference in pronunciation would be the 'e' at the end. In the name, it's just got the sound of an accent aigu on it. Unless you're going with Anglicized pronunciations of Latin words, then they're the exact same.

It's funny you cal it "unnatural" because the style in which I drew that picture just isn't the sort of thing that comes naturally to me, I had to force myself to draw like that because back then I didn't have any sort of style at all and would just make myself try out drawing things differently. Back when I did that pic, my "style" would change radically from drawing to drawing. The reason why I didn't stick with that style and ended up with the one I draw in nowadays, is because I found it really ugly. I don't like eyes with angles or pointy noses. Anime is drawn like that, which is why it may seem more natural to you, but nowadays I really hate the way in which the typical anime is drawn. I just find it aesthetically displeasing, to put it mildly.
