Wasn't even aware that existed. What's its deal?
It's about Airi's father, who disappeared at some point before the invasion.

What triggers it?
The Dera-Deka sidequest can be started on Day 3 after you arrive in Nagoya. I forget exactly when, but it becomes available at some point after arriving. You have to go through multiple events and the sidequest closes on Day 6.
I should also note that he's also Ronaldo's sempai, and the reason he hates Yamato so much (he believes the former killed Dera Deka).
One Strip! One Strip!I like that touch. Adds a nice extra to Airi siding with Ronaldo.
Song of the SirensSo I'm nearly at the end of day 4, halfway through the game, and both me and the enemies are only in the low 30s, level-wise. That's odd.
iirc in the first game, end-game is about 60-ish until new game plus, and i imagine its the same in 2.
there'll be an upturn in leveling speed after a certain point. not by much, but it'll get you to the late 50s at least by the penultimate boss maybe.
Mid-60s is about where you should be come endgame.
The demons go up to the 80s, though, plus the two strongest, Lucifer and Satan, at 99.
Bonus Boss and some spotpass demons go from 80s to 90s too. Satan and or Lucy require them too I believe. Bonus Boss ones.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. You can get rid of the EXP penalty for defeating lower-level teams as a perk for New Game Plus.
I take it you're expected to import strong demons to NG+, too, I'm not sure how you'd take down the level 80+ Nebiros on day three otherwise.
iirc the system lets you import 1 or 2 demons to new game plus for a cost of the points you gained from the acheivements in the playthrough.
Nebiros is good for level grinding too.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Heh, you actually can beat Nebiros at a relatively low level. Equip someone (preferably the Hero) with Null Curse, Null Force, and Ban Physical and he won't be able to touch you at all. Plus the demons accompanying are mostly stuff with low base stats and shared weaknesses, like Legion and Loa.
So given the significance of those two letters to the story and the fact it'll include Doi designs, I wonder if we'll be seeing Maitreya making an appearance in SJR?
No idea. Heck, he might even be just a password-exclusive demon like Alciel/Aciel.
Interesting.

It was recently discovered that the (very obscure) figure's actual name is Arsiel if you can believe that.
I'd kinda like the Septentriones to be playable demons in a mainline game. Accident-exclusives, maybe.
So would Alcor be a special fusion involving four of them then? A core rule of special fusion is that you need to have one of the components before it becomes available.
I haven't gotten to Alcor yet though I know he's the Anguished One; why would he require a Special Fusion?
It's because he is Mizar's twin.
Megrez is... hard. Any advice?
@ Hamburger: Are you planning to do the Dera-Deka sidequest on your Kingmaker run? It's only on the Septentrion Arc and is the only way to unlock Jikoku.
