The demons of this series can have pretty wildly varying personalities, don't forget. The Lucifer of IV isn't nearly as smooth or personable as his usual depiction, and Belphagor can't decide if he's a serious threat or the demonic equivalent of a grumpy old man.

As of Apoc, even that's not a sure thing anymore for various super-spoilery reasons. The only character outright confirmed to be the same guy in every appearance is Stephen.

Oh yeah. I know at least a little about that, but not all the details so you don't have to say any more.

Oh, another thing I hope DSJ adds: an actually good Bonus Dungeon. Grus Part 2 was a boring slog, and there aren't even any unique demons there.

I think it makes sense to at least make it a nightmare to navigate. They are trying to keep intruders out of that half of Grus.

It's just more Grus though, which is a dull level as a whole, and there's not even any new demons, even though by the time you attempt that dungeon you'll be wanting to both recruit and train on Horologium+-level demons.

So I'm back on IV, and I'm trying to do the Heavy Weapon Recovery.

...Where the hell is this place? They say North of Ikebukuro, but I have no idea where this Jujo area or the Kita district is.

I swear, finding where a place is tends to be my biggest issue when doing quests in this game.

Also, while I'm at it, where is the Studio Art Building? I want to know where it is for the Rx W Smacktacular XIII, so I'm asking now to avoid the same issues as with the above quest.

So I can't decide whether I'd want a Good+/Neutral+ ending in the SJ remake. On the one hand, SJ Neutral is my favorite ending in the whole series and I'd hate to see it reduced. On the other... if anyone in this series deserves happiness but doesn't get it it's Zelenin and Jimenez.

You mean like in Nocturne when the chaos route hero was turned back to normal in the really good ending.

Yeah. Besides the point was humanity has to progress forward and if they fuck up next time there's nothing holding the Scharzwelt back when it activates to fix the planet. Mem Aleph and the Three Wise Men held it back to test humanity, and it's a natural defense mechanism of the planet otherwise.

Soo... I dont know if this is relevant but during the Atlus stream where Deep Strange Journey was revealed, they showed a slightly extended version of the SMT Switch teaser.

Where after the logo of the series appeared there is a VERY short scene of what appears to be a giant stone hand rising from the earth.

And getting back to Deep Strange Journey, I dont think anybody has mentioned this but one of the new demons is one that until now only showed up in NINE. That demon is Maria.
