Day four:
Things are going well. I have a feeling I can get used to this.
I tried to exercise a bit, but I don't yet feel comfortable making myself tired. I keep thinking about the rescue coming when I'm exhausted, and me not being able to keep up. I'm also concerned about wasting energy and having to eat more of my rations.
Maybe I could try doing it before bedtime. Or just exercising lightly.
