I prefer to believe that he's usually very matter of fact and upfront about his bizarre adventure, but after his first semester teaching he made it a rule to not answer questions about it in class, because it always eats up too much time.

Funnily enough, this runs in the family. When Jolyne fights Pucci right after he punches F. F. she almost overpowers him but lets him go so she can save Jotaro's disk.
