Fable III

I think he's been told the game is actually going to take place entirely within 2-D and feature "a small revolt". He's still blowing it way out of proportion, but its more in proportion to what's actually happening.

"The peasants are revolting!"

"Finally, something we can agree on."

I just KNOW that joke is going to be in it. And it still fills me with dread.

So, I wonder. Does anyone know if marriage is still only with Generic NPC #9 (or the co-op partner), or can we marry important NP Cs?

NPCs have names now. You can even create your own villagers at Xbox.com.

My copy is en route to me now :D

I'm looking forward to doing what I always do in fable games. Getting the biggest, toughest most phallic weapon available and murdering everything I see.

It's a little jarring not starting as a child.

I'm gonna play it, if only for the style of humour that the games have.

John Cleese is more elegant than funny in the game.

As long as I get plenty of bad guys to slay I'll be happy. Lovely hacky slashy action for me, and the more blood and guts the better.

Bought it, mainly because it allows for fabulousness.

I don't really know whether to buy it or not. I could call myself a fan of the series, but it got dull after I beat Fable 2. The premise of the game looks interesting, but I can't decide whether to buy it or not.

I had the extra MSP so I bought the dog suit. Now my hero is running around in an extra furry dog costume.

It's rather refreshing, but I don't like how you only get access to a few features at a time. I'm not just talking about the Road to Rule: I got a villager to love status only to find that I don't have access to any stores that sell wedding rings.

Something amazing - now, your friends appear as blue dots when travelling around.

You can SEE them moving around on the GUILD MAP, too.

But... they must have the same DLC as you, which fucking sucks.

Been playing for 3 hours, still don't know what to think of it.

What does it do?

It requires you to get married to another player in front of it. It won't open if you bring an NPC.
