I too wish I knew what Chips and Ice Cream were. I liked their song though.
BMO was way too cute.
Q-bert's life is Hell without his sister.
"We be we baby!"So I just saw the newest ep. Uhm, WHAT THE FUCK?!
Cubert just killed innocent people! The Ice King becomes a monster! in the future I mean. PB HASNT learned from the events of Cooler, and apparently things will only get worse! Like, as bad as they possibly could! The Jury's out on Marceline.

What? Broken leg again!
H.B. WardThat was easily one of the best episodes in a while. And really the only time I've cared much for a Graybles episode.
I was kind of upset about how PB seemed to backpedal and actually get worse after her revelation from "The Cooler" and how it seemed to be for no reason at all. Then I remembered the events of "The Pajama War."
What's even stranger is that it seemed PB didn't even bother to look for Starchy after thinking "did he just die" from that incident, making it all the more ambiguous whether she fully backpedaled. I mean, the fact Starchy ran away from the Candy Kingdom (and PB) compounds the mystery even further; what caused him to do that since it's likely those teeth microphone implants are not the sole reason?
TBH Cuber being played at as the hero kinda rubbed me off the wrong way, he DID just kill someone's wife-to-be at a wedding. It would've been marginally acceptable (still bad taste but at least not too mean-spirited) since it was an accident but as self defense he also willingly killed the now-widower. I know they immediately tried to kill Cuber after that mishap but come on.
I liked Ice King casually referring to having a broken leg like it was the same as a bad hair day though.
charles stiles mystery dinersStarchy has always been a paranoid conspiracy nut, it's just that he's been in the background for most episodes he shows up in. Its not really ooc for him to become paranoid about the Orwellian society the Candy Kingdom is turning into
Huh. I just noticed that there was a small tombstone with a statue of Starchy lying next to the Grass Lard. So I guess she did check it out.
That's true, I just wondered what was the breaking point for him to decide to actually run away.

charles stiles mystery dinersHow close are we to having an extremely Stalin oriented Candy Kingdom?
"We be we baby!"PB quit spying on the REST of Ooo back in "The Cooler," if you recall. She gave letting the candy people be a try in "Pajama War", and look how that turned out. Keeping constant tabs on the rest of her kingdom is less like surveillance and more like being a mom. A mom to a few hundred really, REALLY stupid people.
Someone pointed out that PB is wearing the same shirt in that Grabble as she did in Jake the Brick, which aired before the Cooler. It's a very specific shirt design and I think it was deliberately put there to indicate that Starchy booked it right before PB's big revelation. Then he got cloned and things in the Candy Kingdom proceeded as normal.
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.Did Cuber actually kill the bride? I though she was with the groom when they were about to catch him near the end.

...okay.

Okay, what the math is going on?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Cuber didn't kill nobody. More like interrupted the wedding and forced them to reschedule it. Whoever they were. Actually, I like the theory I've seen floating around that they are the descendants of Lady and Jake.

Everybody in Adventure Time can get really morally ambiguous and it just gets passed over for the sake of weird plot.
I liked the Grayble episode but I kept trying to look for a theme even when Cuber said applesauce to it.
It looks like he lost all the other Graybles so I guess we won't have any more of those...though I had already gotten used to him.
As for Cosmic Owl, you'd think that being a harbinger of doom would get you better digs.
The grabbles will fly into the hands of other citizens of future Ooo and tell the stories of their ancestors and how the future came to be
"We be we baby!"A Tumblr "Adventure Time 'Conspiracy' post" said that the theme might be related to Maslov's hierarchy of human needs.
H.B. WardThe other alien was in a different color than the bride. (was blue like the groom, the bride was beige)
Very likely she's dead because she was sent into vaccum of space without her suit where a myriad of things could kill a living thing (even if we know nothing of their physiology). The groom could've survived if his suit allowed protection from high falls.
charles stiles mystery dinersLink? I'd like to see that one.
But they looked like weird crystal beings. Heck, they didn't even have mouths; I still think the bride is probably fine.
Flipper through the storyboard on his Oooness's tumblr, they drew attention to something I missed: the ice monster at the end only has two of the crown's gems. There's a socket for the third one, but it isn't there.
I dunno, Adventure Time has casually killed people off before -cough- rootbearguy -cough-
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.
They're a beloved musical comedy duo. One of them voiced the island lady back in season 5.
