Oh that episode is just gonna be a barrel of sunshine and smiles, you can just tell
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.Based on the title card, I predict "Is That You?" will be the same for Jake and Prismo that "Billy's Bucket List" was for Jake and Billy.

ages ago. Finn's dad killed him when he escaped the Citadel.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatOh shit, you didn't know? I'm so sorry, since the episode aired in last March I thought everyone here would know by now.
It's hidden now.
He was Too Cool to Live. =D

Improving as an author, one video at a time.AAAAAAAGH my heart aches again remembering that, my feels are going to be atom bombed.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Dude, find the premier online and watch it. It's (in my opinion) one of the very best episodes of the show.
I'm looking forward to the AV Club write-ups for these new episodes, because Oliver Sava, the guy who writes them, said in the "Joshua and Margret Investigations" review that the show hadn't been featuring Jake as much as it should. So now, we've gotten "Ghost Fly", which focused on Jake, and now we have four new episodes, two of which have "Jake" in the title, and at least one of which will focus mainly on Jake.
Wait what? Finn's dad didn't kill him, it was Lich <_<
Comments on "Is That You?" by Jesse Moynihan: “4 new eps of Adventure Time next week. Tues is an ep I boarded solo. I remember this was the episode that started to break down my mental defenses, which resulted in possibly some of my best writing in the latter half of Season 6. “Best” meaning weirdest.”
Comments on those comments, by Jesse Moynihan: "'Weird' is a reductive word. When I use the word “weird” I’m trying to put myself in the shoes of general audiences. The thing that’s invested me in working for the show is that season by season, my bosses allow me to experiment with narrative form, and thematic aggressiveness. It’s like a rubber band that keeps stretching. So when I’m on the verge of emotional/spiritual collapse, my writing for the show actually benefits in a way that makes me nervous about audience reactions. I don’t see any way around that kind of relationship between author and general audiences. There’s always going to be some kind of tension there – especially if you are trying out new shit with each go. I read the Bhagavad Gita recently, and it helped me navigate the idea of expectations. So I think I figured out a way to keep pushing without feeling too overwhelmed by the response to my work. Right now I’m in a pretty steady zone – concentrating on characters and humor, less so about concepts – and it’s feeling good – especially since Ako is temporarily working with me again."

Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceBILLY WEST STRIKES AGAIN
Gavan, Let's get jiggy! One word: Goose.
Well apparently Jake was in Jake world 2-3 years before and he just forgot about it so maybe everyone's fine except the Professor who melted.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot..... crud. I missed a premiere didn't I?
You didn't miss anything, it was all navel gazing.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."That was a crazy Futurama reunion.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. Was this just a Futurama special?
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Oh, Goose was Fry and Eric Adamkinson (was that it?) was Farnsworth. I couldn't place Goose until the end.
And Jake is voiced by Bender, but so much nicer.
I really like'd that episode. Who ever thought that Jake would be so emotionally attached to his skin.
And was that a Princess Bubblegum penny that fell into his stomach?

And that captain guy was Zap Brannigan.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. It seems like CN is pushing Adventure Time to the sidelines. It doesn't get as much air time as the rest of CN's current mainstays, and its hiatus lasted longer than than the other shows. Is that just me? If not, why might that be the case? AT has been one of CN's most iconic show and has gotten quite a bit of mainstream attention. I know there have been some problem episodes in recent time, but they seemed to me like the kind of thing that would mostly bother the hardcore fanbase, not the casual viewers.
Okay, so, the title card is already making me cry: http://kingofooo.tumblr.com/post/102621288129/is-that-you-title-card-designed-by-joy-ang
