Kinda, though its made much more obvious the first time playing then in the first game when its the second time through.
Watch SymphogearFor those wondering about the PC version, it's apparently going to be out March 17th. I dunno why SE has handled the PC version thing so poorly, it's not good for the game.

Oh cool the requirements are not too high-
Minimun GPU is GTX 770
Is this another case of inflating requirement to be safe?

Damn. I hope they do have low detail options for less powerful computers.
Here's a case getting the PS 4 version is tempting.
I'm rocking the 750ti, so this doesn't look good for me.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018I might have to hold out on this until I save up for a good desktop since I don't own either Xbone or PS 4 and most of my gaming is on a slightly more powerful than average laptop.
Karak has his review online.
Not familiar with this gent but I enjoyed the review.
I liked his more in-depth commentary about the audio. And I do agree with him that the OST could be a little more varied than it is. As much as I love Bipolar Nightmare and Sound of the End, they do play a bit often where a more unique track could've been used instead, even if the game does have an excellent range of Variable Mix
It seems to actually have considerably more music than the first game from what I'm seeing. OST cannot come fast enough, I've listened to a lot of it and I love it all.
Also, I do have to compliment Okabe, Platinum and Yoko and for incorporating the voice acting into the music (whoever's idea that was). More games should do that.
The 8bit versions are all fantastic.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Knowing that Emil is a major (well, probably central) character in the game, and A2 being based on Kainé, I can't wait to see the interactions between them.

So uh, the review embargo just lifted today for those who didn't import copies.
And uh, dang. I knew this would end up being Yoko Taro's highest rated work but wow.
Apologies for the double post but as it turns out, the western press is all over this game. The major review outlets/sites (IGN, Gamespot, Destructoid, etc) are giving it 9.0's or high 8's for the most part.
Fairly safe to say with this and the japanese sales that Yoko finally has a hit on his hands.

Of course Game Informer provides the odd 7.75 but I think we can let that slide.

3 awesome games between two systems within the span of a week. I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself.
I hope Automata sells well.
Already the best selling Taro game in Japan.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. Also by far the best-received Taro Yoko game from the western press. He deserves it, for all his flaws I think his games while not strictly better have been more interesting than anything else Square puts out these days.
Some people were expecting the game to be received a lot less warmly but I always thought there was room for doubt. Given the right circumstances mainstream game reviewers can and will give more unorthodox games praise for defying conventions, people could have said the same thing about Demon's Souls and it would have been an understandable conclusion, but that game ultimately triumphed and so has Automata.
Let's hope for that 1 million worldwide sales boys
I hadn't similar Fears with Nioh and so many saying it being a Dark souls ripoff would have people's give it ratings more on par with Lords Of The Fallen, except it has ratings neck and neck with Nier Automata.
Here's to nier getting the one million milestone alongside Nioh. Action RP Gs are making a comeback, alongside the western made Horizon Zero Dawn

Watch SymphogearDon't forget Breath of the Wild!
Seriously, I'm glad that this game is getting such great reviews and sales. About time Taro Yoko scored a hit.
People have been making jokes about how that's the way they'll release Scalebound.
But clearly it would be DoD5 since 4 is Taro's Final Fantasy.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
Sorry, just got finished watching this video about him:
Anyways, back on topic. Does this game also have a huge Playing The Player moment like the first one?
