@ Fanfic: I just checked my FF.net favorites, and the first one is in there. So yes, that's the one I read.
A marvel world always seemed improbable. No one would have been satisfied with what would be adapted in it. San Fransokyo on the other hand, is actually recognized as a Disney movie and it had a definitive plot and characters. So it's less likely for someone to come out and yell "but why didn't they add deadpool?"
[[I never realized how annoying recommended sections were on tumblr and youtube until I tried to avoid KH3 spoilers .-. ]]...Okay, Deadpool should not be allowed near Sora. Whatever else they do or do not do with Marvel, that is certain.
I say the same thing about Star Wars but I've seen people seriously want a Star Wars world.

Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youI don't want a Star Wars world unless its something like an adaptation of, say, the Mortis trilogy from The Clone Wars. I do want a Star Wars character superboss. And Cap's Shield and Mjolner for Goofy and Donald.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyI feel the same way. Darth Vader as a Bonus Boss is as far as I'd want it to go. If they did have a Star Wars world though I'd want them to use the Clone Wars designs for the characters. The realistic worlds always look off in KH.
I love pre-Disney Star Wars. It was my first nerd love and for years the only books I read outside of what I had to read for school were Star Wars books. I do not want a Star Wars world in Kingdom Hearts. Elements like a bonus boss, gummi level, or lightsaber keyblade would be fine with me, but not a whole world. Especially since I have a feeling if they did put something Star Wars in the game, it would be something that Disney came up with like the new Rebels series. And words cannot describe how much I loathe what Disney is doing to my beloved Star Wars. Gutting the Expanded Universe in the name of "creative freedom" was the biggest load of bantha poodoo. And I saw Phantom Menace in theaters 5 times.
I think the new Darth Vader comic is one of the very few Star Wars things I've liked that wasn't a game.
I'm just burned out on Star Wars. Like, I have this massive Star Wars fatigue, I'm not sure I can ever get excited about anything to do with it ever again. I gave up on Star Wars: Rebels after five episodes, and I'm not even interested in watching the upcoming movies. Just... how many decades must pass before pop culture moves on? If Kingdom Hearts ever does include anything Star Wars, my reaction will be apathetic at best.

I'll watch Episode VII when it comes out and I can see the first season of Rebels anytime I want.
You like Kingdom Hearts but couldn't stand Star Wars: Rebels?
More or less.

@rikalous: You mean you don't want to see Deadpool as a Bonus Boss? Even if the music is just him doing an A cappella rendition of "One-Winged Angel" (with him Mondegreening the whole thing)?

I'm not sure Star Wars was ever that great to begin with.
I mean, the original trilogy are pretty good quality films. Especially Empire.
The only Expanded Universe stuff I've really liked have been stuff like the Battlefront games that are really fun, and the KOTOR games, the former of which was a pretty good roleplaying game and the latter of which was subversive as hell and basically tore the entire series apart.
The novelization of Episode III is great because it's cheesy and has an extended description of Anakin's butt.
And I think there was a book where one of the characters talked about how good and evil are based on subjective meanings but we still are obligated to create our own meanings and we should probably create meanings that help people and jazz. All the anti-nihilist postmodernist shit I like.
Kinda like Riku's story almost.
But then that bird lady turned out to be a Sith or something because in Star Wars morality is absolute and set in stone by the greater cosmic powers and there is no redefining or even stopping to think about it, now go kill all the people that think differently than you.
Not a huge fan of Star Wars' absolute morality, and again, Catholic. Also, yesterday (?) was KH's 13th anniversary.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Bingo!
I have a message from another time...Only a Sith deals in absolutes.

So I saw Big Hero 6. At one point we were discussing the possibility of a Marvel world but I think I'd prefer San Fransokyo now.
