Yeah, I think he was basically the OS so it's not going to work without him in it.
It had enough OS to install and run the zombieapp. And given that he's a law-abiding apple, that had to be from full on ios appstore.
I wonder how manufacturers can tell which machines will have AI and which ones will simply have OS-es. I also wonder what's preventing copy-paste duplication of AI.
Perhaps AI needs to constantly be loaded in Memory to properly function. Perhaps it's like if you did a perfect molecular duplication of an organic human; you'd simply wind up with an identical dead corpse because if you know where each molecule is, you can't tell which way it was going to go. The molecular clone would be perfectly still on the molecular level and so you'd only copy a corpse.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youWe're gonna get guest comics for a while, apparently Jeph got married (again?) in France and is taking a few days off.
Oh really when?yeah i'm pretty sure he's been married before but i don't remember anything about a divorce
maybe he just didnt want to talk about it publically though
Or he's poly and he's been quiet about it up to now.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117No, I remember him mentioning getting divorced in the past.
Was only like a couple years ago too.
Oh really when?I think his divorce might have been related to his alcoholism? It might have been before or after he got super wasted and stabbed his drawing hand in a fit of drunken rage. That was a scary time to be a QC fan.
I'm glad he's been able to heal and move on, in any case. I wish him and his new beau the best of luck.
What the fuck
When was this
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youWhat specifically are you asking about?
An artist should be under no obligation to make their personal life public beyond what directly affects their product. It's not fair to anyone involved.
I was big in Kris Straub's fandom back when he was in his heyday with up to three regular strips, a podcast of waning frequency, and a PATV series or five. For a while, his girlfriend of the time was a big part of his web presence, and his fans were her fans too.
And then he broke up with her for reasons that were not made public. The shock and heartbreak wasn't just hers, it was everyone's. And I think some people felt so betrayed, they quit his fandom, but I didn't get too involved in the drama. When I found out some years later that he was married and about to have a kid, I was surprised that I hadn't heard until that point, but it made sense because it wasn't anything we needed to know until being a father affected his output, and really since it's all free entertainment, he had no real obligation to even disclose that. Things can get ugly when you make your personal life public.
Edit: ah jeez that was about the hand stabbing and not the divorce. The hand stabbing yeah, that was wild and overall it's fair that he came out about that.

Fresh-eyed movie blogI remember maybe one or two strips where there was a worrying comment, then one comic where the commentary stated that he was getting divorced. The hand incident was different in that Jeph posted a drawing of Claire and said "Comic delayed", with the commentary asking people not to message him. The next day, Jeph came out with what happened.
I think I conflated both events because they are two major examples of Jeph's life spilling into his work through the commentary, and they were both sad, uncomfortable events. I might have gone a bit far by saying the two events were tied, but I'm honestly not too sure.
There's links to these incidents in the history for the QC Wham Episode page (I pulled them for misuse).
I got the hand wrong. Shit, my bad.
Thanks for the link, Twiddler.
Is it me, or are the guest comics drawing Bubbles a little......slim?
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I can see an attempt, but she is a little lacking in the thicc department, yeah.
I hope this is like Buttrokcet Week, where all the guest comics share this common thread of tripy drug tea.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"This guest artist needs to put some serious work on how they draw faces.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.That was my thought as well, but fortunately they weren't so distracting that they blunted the humor of the comic.
They were to me.
TURN DOWN THE WATTS!
H.B. WardJeph has to make this a canon storyline when he's back from his honeymoon.

His old chassis wouldn't be on anymore. I think he's just telling her he looked it up.
