I'm not sure a lot of people wouldn't do that in real life. Actually, most people would probably handle it even more awkwardly, I think. They'd probably shout, "No, let me ask her!"

Yes, but even she discounts it.

Don't forget, all her friends have been her old flames. I don't think she's ever had a group of friends such as Marten or the others, making her a little socially stunted.

On Tai: Tai is largely the reason, why I picked up QC

I got bored one day, clicked the first choice under the webcomic tab on a trope page and read it. That comic was - of course - QC.

It's a good thing I liked it.

He deserved that. When you're with the One You Love (or at least The One You're Boinking On A Regular Basis) you make your eyes behave. Double slap points when the one you're ogling is your roomate or anyone else you encounter on a regular basis and thus might have a reasonable chance of hooking up with.

I would add triple slap points for ogling while your girlfriend is right next to you. That kind of dumb can't go unpunished.

As long as you and SOs are clear on it that's fine. If he knows Faye at all he should know she wouldn't be cool with it.

I'm going to give Angus the benefit of the doubt on this one. Checking out Marigold in front of Faye is kind of a dick move, but Marigold wearing booty shorts doesn't seem like something that would happen very often, so he was probably caught by surprise and did it by reflex.

And yet this is a matter of social standards, not biological ones.

It's like if your girlfriend says "You slept with another woman? Good job on trying to propagate the species! Here's a cookie!" It doesn't matter whether that's a drive we have, it's still not socially acceptable.
