In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

I suppose.
She's just spending more and more time without me, gaining new interests, meeting new people, that she just doesn't have that sort of time for me to get a word in edgewise.
Also that. Ugh.

READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection!Well, it's not impossible. I am living proof of that. Shrinking violet in high school and now I'm reasonably competent in social situations!
Try leaving a message for her to reply to?
Already doing that, but it's hard to make it work when one party wants it really bad and the other has better things to focus their time and attention on.
She could also be reading this right now for all I know.
READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection! So leave more messages. That way they won't get buried and you won't be waiting long. Just something like, "Hey, what's up, we haven't talked in a while."
You know who floods a person's inbox in every possible outlet?
A very creepy stalker.
READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection! It's not a flood if there's a reasonable period of time between them. Like, a week.
A downloader program? Just give me a zipped folder or a bloody .exe file.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineI'm at a coffee shop playing Pokemon.
Annnnnnnnd, it's a migraine coming on, not a hangover headache. There is a difference that I can tell. Damn.
No.Uh, okay.
Welp, midnight already.
READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection!I think
I think I just finished my ten page paper that I've been working on since Thursday. or Friday.
On the one hand, huge weight off my shoulders. On the other hand, I suddenly feel directionless.
"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."Sen: COFFEE AND POKEMONNNNNNNNN
Grog: What's so important about midnight, if I may ask?
I got a thing I do every day at midnight.
It's not having a wank. That happens at 2 PM.
READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection!Sen: Where are you in the game?
Also, MSN is confusing. I just want to make some plans with my friend I haven't seen in ages is that so much to ask

No.Good news: psychology's done with and I'm sure I did good on the final ('cept maybe near the end).
Bad news: they're changing the edition of the book so I can't sell it back and it'll be weighing down my bag till I get home.
Good news: ...at least I can keep the book.

[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.Blargh, someone is using the dryer! Now I have to wait fifteen minutes. But now ICE CREAM!!!
Finished watching Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, now wondering how it won all those Oscars. I mean, it was...okay, as a run-of-the-mill Wire Fu flick, but nothing really stood out.
I'm just about ready to give up.
READ THIS COMIC. | Read along as I play through my games collection!Give up what, Grog?
@Fluid: Wasn't it one of the first big budget ones, though? That could explain some things.
"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."I can stand a lot of Wire Fu, but eventually I couldn't stop laughing because characters were almost constantly flying during battles — in a blatantly fake manner, no less. Couldn't maintain my suspension of disbelief if I tried.
It's very hard for introverts, Leradny.
