It was a bunch of different types—basic steps from swing, waltz, foxtrot, cha-cha, tango, & rumba. A friend of mine works at a dance studio so I'm getting a couple of lessons there; I have the next one on Thursday. I don't think I'll sign up for more besides that, but it's good to get moving—it reminded me I need to check out this one mixed martial arts studio in my area, get back into that again.

Schitzo: I wrote some long posts in the Insecurity/angst thread recently if that helps. I'm also dealing with chronic cluster headaches and apparently periodic brief psychotic episodes(recurrent, and more frequent recently). Distorted body image I guess.
