Face-Thief Spirit (4UB)
Creature - Spirit
5/5
Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by ~ this turn dies, ~ becomes a copy of that creature, except it's still 5/5 and gains this ability.
From RoboMaRo
Land
~this~ enters the battlefield tapped.
T: add B to your mana pool
Whenever ~this~ is tapped for mana, gain control of target nonlegendary untapped library until end of turn
How does one gain control of a library? And for that matter, how does one tap a library?
Robo Maro's Cost Decider - 7
Legendary Artifact
{1}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, put a less counter on ~. If you lose the flip put a more counter on ~. Any player may activate this ability.
Spells cost {1} less to cast for each less counter on ~ and {1} more to cast for each more counter on it.
Whenever ~ has both more and less counters on it, remove one of each counter from it.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?I think it would be funnier if they didn't obliterate each other a la +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters.
Card tax:
Argus the Strong (3BG)
Legendary Creature - Human Barbarian
6/6
At the beginning of your upkeep, if ~ is the creature with the highest power or tied for highest, draw a card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if ~ is not the creature with the highest power or tied for highest, discard a card.
Robo Maro, why?
Creature - Human Cleric (1/3, black)
Whenever you cast a Spirit spell, you reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a card, put that card into hand, and shuffle the rest into your library.
Converted mana cost: 2
That would actually be reasonable at a higher mana cost or for a less supported Tribe (though I guess Changeling creatures would still trigger it). It would be probably be worded more like "Whenever you cast a —Insert Creature Type— Spell, reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand."
Card Tax:
Everystone - 5
Legendary Artifact
All cards that aren't on the battlefield, permanents, and spells have changeling.
Some ancient shapeshifters say that the world came from a single stone, and that it yearns to meld back into one.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?Twist the Knife (1R)
Instant
~ deals 2 damage to target creature.
If another source dealt damage to that creature this turn, ~ deals an additional 2 damage to that creature.
Open Cemetery - 5BB
Enchantment
You may cast ~ from your graveyard.
When ~ enters the battlefield, if you didn't cast it from your graveyard, sacrifice it and all creatures you control.
You may cast creature cards from your graveyard, but not from anywhere else.
Whenever a creature you control would leave the battlefield, instead reveal it and put it on the bottom of your library.
Why do you need to reveal creatures that were on the battlefield? (aside from morphs, which you're supposed to reveal anyway)
I cribbed some of the wording from Wheel of Sun and Moon, which requires you to reveal the card before putting it on the bottom of your deck.
Basically, 'reveal' means 'show to your opponents.' So they know what you're doing, and aren't left wondering why you did that when you put a card on the bottom of your deck.
Edit: Card Tax:
Phony Fortuneteller - UR
Creature - Human
Haste
{T}: Name a card other than a basic land. Reveal the card second from the top of your library. If that card is the named card, put it into your hand, otherwise put it on the bottom of your library.
0/1
"You will be visited by your mother's ghost! She's alive? I meant, uh, your father! Really? Well then, uh, your, your, seventh uncle twice removed! Wait, where are you going?"

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?Graveyard Spook
Creature - Zombie
CARDNAME is Black.
B: Put CARDNAME from your Graveyard onto the Battlefield. You may only activate this ability once per turn.
1/1
Wandering Spirit W
Creature - Spirit
Flying, Vigilance
2/0
It seeks a leader with spirit that rivals its own existence.

Graveyard Spook doesn't work as written, sadly - every time it enters or leaves the graveyard, it counts as a new object, meaning that it can just keep popping up and down like a jack-in-the-box or Reassembling Skeleton (which, well, I think there's a reason it hasn't been in Standard since Magic 2012 rotated).
Try something like "At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {B}. If you do, return ~ from the graveyard to the battlefield."
Card tax:
Ulamog's Annihilator (9)
Creature - Eldrazi Processor
6/6
When ~ enters the battlefield, you may put a card an opponent owns from exile into that player's graveyard. If you do, put three +1/+1 counters on ~.
Whenever ~ attacks, if its power is 9 or greater, you may exile target permanent.
Contingent Triggers WU
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
If enchanted creature deals damage, gain control of it.
"We cannot suffer aggression without due compensation. Are you prepared to pay the price for your sins?"
Continent Triggers (1GG)
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 1/1 green Plant creature token onto the battlefield under your control. If you control seven or more lands, put a 2/2 green Elemental creature token onto the battlefield instead.
Sacrifice three Plants: Search your library for a basic land card, reveal it, and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Shuffle your library afterwards.
And one that came out of conversation on another forum:
Storm Scar (R)
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature you control
Enchanted creature gets -1/-1 and has haste.
When Storm Scar enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
Those who reach the heart of the Immersturm are never quite the same again.
Hate Plague - BBRR
Enchantment
Creatures with -1/-1 counters on them have Wither.
During each player's end step, each creature that player controls with Wither deals 1 damage to target creature controlled by the same player.
An eye for an eye makes everyone incredibly angry at people with two eyes.
Kickgregate (2W)
Instant
Multikicker 2W
Gain 2 life for each creature target player controls. You may target an additional player for each time ~ was kicked.
Distant Mists (U/G)(U/G)
Enchantment
Permanents you don't control have shroud.

''The eternal question of reality, it still stands today.''Tolling Bell - 6
Artifact
{T}: Choose a creature. When that creature dies this turn, exile it. During the end step, if that creature didn't die this turn, its controller sacrifices a creature.
Those who refuse the bell's toll learn quickly that death is insistent.
Time Stitch (GU)
Enchantment
Vanishing 9
Remove a time counter from ~: Exile a card from your graveyard.
If ~ would leave the battlefield, exile it, then return all cards exiled by ~ to your hand.
So basically, add 9 cards from your graveyard to your hand. And if you let the ability resolve each time before activating it again, you'll only ever lose one card to removal. Might have to adjust the mana cost there.
Card tax:
Blazing Death Peppers - X
Artifact
~ enters the battlefield with X pepper counters on it.
Remove a pepper counter from ~: target creature gains "{R}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn."
When there are no pepper counters on ~, sacrifice it.
The one food that even dragons don't dare to try.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?Compounding Sparks R
Instant
Multiply (when you cast this spell, copy it for each other spell on the stack. If this spell has targets, you may choose new targets for the copy.)
Compounding Sparks deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
Discard a card, then draw a card.
"In the chaos of a thousand spells colliding, I have seen the truest beauty."
Hmm... I'm not sure whether "other" is necessary here, as I don't know whether a spell counts as being on the stack when you cast it. Anyway, the intention is that the spell doesn't count itself.

''The eternal question of reality, it still stands today.''Incorruptible Might 2 W G
Enchantment
Creatures you control get +2/+2 for each -1/-1 counter on them.
"Where the body falters, the spirit endures"

How about this:
Time Stitch (GU)
Enchantment
Vanishing 9
(X), Remove a time counter from ~: Exile a card from your graveyard. X is the number of times this ability has been activated this turn.
If ~ would leave the battlefield, exile it, then return all cards exiled by ~ to your hand.
The idea was that it's supposed to be a long-term payoff. I went with the other version because it's already edging close to being too much text, but yeah, it's pretty broken now that I look at it.

Implosive Corruption 1B
Instant
Until end of turn, target creature gets -2/-2 for each +1/+1 counter on it.
He who is held up highest has the greatest distance to fall.

What's X in this case?
I too have opened up Robo Maro and I had to share this:
Creature - Human Shaman (2/1, green)
G, Sacrifice a creature with reach: add 1 to your mana pool for each poison counter you have.
Threshold - If you have seven or more cards in your graveyard, Whenever ~this~ deals combat damage to a creature, tap that creature and it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
— When provoked, The mightiest cake may kill
– Bozo, the evil clown
Converted mana cost: 3
