I just discovered Harvest Moon 3's VC trailer. It is glorious.
Well, I wonder who's taking all this money for this game, considering the original maker is gone...
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Presumably Natsume, they still seem to have the rights for the older titles. And I presume they'd have to pay the series's Japanese owner, Marvelous.
Well, the XSEED corporation owns classic HM now (now known as Story of Seasons, apparently), so I assume them.
Natsume is still making games with the HM title, but those are a completely different animal.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — Ultimatepheer@HM 3 Trailer: Oh, that's gold. XD
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!Alright, I have sales numbers for most notable 2015 3DS games in Japan and the US. Is there any game people are interested in?
The Top 5.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Keep in mind that US numbers are unofficial. JP numbers are official. Everything is retail (but no bundles in US) only up to December unless otherwise noted.
US:
- Majora's Mask: 942K
- Monster Hunter 4: 458K
- Pokemon SMD: 352K
- Triforce Heroes: 312K
- Happy Home Designer: 270K
JP (Famitsu):
- Monster Hunter X: 2,441,977
- Yo-Kai Watch Busters: 1,965,202
- Happy Home Designer: 1,282,880
- Dragon Quest VIII: 864,865
- Monster Strike: 636,709
I've been playing Badge Arcade and it's kind of weird how they keep using Nikki as a character even though Swapnote crashed and burned. Although apparently they've been using her for a few other things I just didn't notice.
I suppose she got super popular through Swapnote.
Honestly, all would have needed to do was disable adding photos to notes and it would still be a thing.
Anyhow, anyone else disappointed that the bonus themes through Badge Arcade don't have special music or sound effects?
Yes, I know they're mostly designed to be more open backgrounds for badges and software icons, but some fitting music in them would have been nice.
3DS at 57.94 million. Deer and Death at 14.46 million. Metroid Kart at 13.03. Should be in a museum at 11.46. Wario is Missing hits 8 digits at 10.04. Poochie knocks out instrument at 3.96. Home Decorating 2.93. Much Doge at 1.08.
- Mario Kart 7 sold nearly a million in its fifth holiday. Mario Kart never stops. I don't think 15 million is out of the question, though it's not guaranteed.
- Pokemon XY should painfully crawl its way to 15 million probably. It'll be the lowest selling mainline game in the series, and the decline is due to Japan of all places. Bloody Yo-kai.
- Pokemon ORAS should surpass FRLG eventually and end close to HGSS. Strong and steady is the name of the game for Pokemon.
- I'm approximating, but Ocarina 3D (4 million) + ALBW (3 million) + Majora's Mask 3D (3 million) + Triforce Heroes (1 million) equals 11 million 3DS Zelda games shipped. And that's being generous to ALBW and MM. New Leaf (10 million) + Happy Home Designer (3 million) equals 13 million 3DS Animal Crossing games shipped. Stay winning Mayor. Even if you add Hyrule Warriors: Legends, Zelda will likely still end up comfortably behind Animal Crossing.

Happy home designer is eh.
I really wish there was more feedback on my style, I can't tell if what I am doing is good or making a rainbow coloured nightmare.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Say what now
I'm actually glad there's no scoring system in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. The whole point of the game is to have a toy box to freely do whatever you want, and if there was a "right" way to do things then we'd wind up with a bunch of samey houses due to everyone trying to optimize.
Yet another JRPG localization announced. Basically, this is the 3DS right now more than ever (and I'm OK with that).

I made that comment like, 4 months ago. It's not terrible for me since that's one of my favorite genres, but a little variety would be nice. Oh well. At least we can all look forward to Federation Force.
If you haven't done so, go sign up for your new Nintendo Account. All it really needs is your NNID.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."So it basically just link's your NNID with it?
