Have the same picture. One or the other needs a new one.

There was a topic on the forums before, and the Bash Brothers image was deleted without any comment as to why or reference to the forum discussion. I restored the image with a bunch of ?? before I learned of the forum topic, but I figured it was better to have duplicate images than just have one be blank.

I'd recommend finding a solid image for Bash Brothers as the Mario and Luigi is a bit more iconic for Sibling Team. The idea of Bash Brothers is looking over each others shoulder or combining attacks together, so maybe if there is a "fling each other around" kind of picture or a military type pose with two soldiers aiming their rifles in different directions.

Bash Brothers is the harder trope to find a picture for. We should replace the one that's easier unless you can find a good picture for Bash Brothers.

Well, theres the Bash Brothers from The Mighty Ducks, maybe. I haven't seen those movies in a while but I'm pretty sure they get some good scenes together.

The Mighty Ducks one doesn't tend to show them setting each other up for attacks in one image. The coordinated attack is the important bit of it.

Er... can we maybe separate the films and the cartoon, given that they little to do with each other? I didn't even notice that last night.

I split them and turned the main into disambiguation.

How about the Elric brothers?

Now that I think about it, we could always find something else from Super Mario Bros or Mario And Luigi.

Got the perfect pic for Sibling Team. Well, not perfect, per se, but definitely pretty good, and keeps the Mario ref.

Your link to the Steiner Brothers does not work @ shimaspawn

EDIT: It is still of the same characters though, Known Unknown. If that is not a problem go with that; otherwise I would suggest the Powerpuff Girls one if they are an example.

^^ That works really great for Sibling Team, much better than the current one.

I temporarily added the alternate Mario and Luigi one to Sibling Team. If being of the same characters is a problem we could find an alternative one, otherwise I would say that one is good enough.

As stated, Mario bros works well (arguably could be a trope codifier) Probably Ace and Luffy from One Piece could work too, or Simon and Kamina from Toppa Tengen Gurren Lagann. Or as stated, the Elric brothers could work too, or even the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

But the Mario bros. are probably the most iconic (before the others listed that is)

This is Mimi-don't let her cuteness fool you-she's got spunk.

That's awesome for Sibling Team, but actually Mario and Luigi is bad for Bash Brothers: according to the trope, the pair are not literally relatives.

If they're not related, Bash Buddies would probably be a better name.

[up] It's because they're brothers in arms. Not literal brothers. It's also a pre-existing term. We didn't make it up.

Like suggested above, Ace and Luffy from One Piece might work on Bash Brothers, considering they're not really brothers.

[up] It's decent, but it's really a bit too busy. All the stuff in front of them obscures the image some.
