True. Argh. Why is a good title so hard to come up with?
I have a message from another time...>.> Creature Of The Night. Established concept, even.
Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit.We don't have that phrase a trope already? Because it sounds like a variety of monster.
I have a message from another time...This one is hard to think of a name.
Darkness Shail Be My Power , Darkness Shail Light My Way , By The Power Of Darkness ?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Which is made of, or makes direct use of, darkness. Eh?
Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit. No, more like nocturnal monsters. Vampires are traditionally referred to as "children/creatures of the night"
I have a message from another time...Lord Of The Night works too, then, if you must get picky.
Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit.A Creature Of The Night isn't a good one it can be easily confused with using the power of the Moon which is another trope.
Also "of the night" doesn't require darkness or shadow based skills.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I'm not trying to be picky, and I'm sorry if I'm coming off that way (I understand how all the rejections I've given out in this thread must look), I just don't think it fits.
Of course, I'm just one guy, I may not have the right of it; it depends on what others think.
I have a message from another time...The trope description specifically mentions that one of the permutations of darkness powers is using the powers of night. And the moon is only associated with the night directly by people who don't know how lunar cycles work.
Still, could go straight to Lord Of Darkness if we have to get to the bluntness of a shovel to the face.
(Eh, sorry if I come across as tetchy. It just seems rather odd of people to poke at an established phrase like that. Take this post with a grain of salt, but do note that I'm not a fan of "This Trope Explains Itself In Great Gory Detail With Its Own Title.")

Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit.Organizing Shadows perhaps? Evokes the phrase "shadow organization"

I have a message from another time...Sounds neat. Organizing Shadows, Shadow Play...
Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit.Actually the term used in Harry Potter and other places would work for this.
Edit:nvm (I ment to edit this eariler but lost net... sorry)

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!^ That's already a trope and it's a bigger one than darkness as an element.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickCombat Shadows? Night Blades? Element Of Darkness if we want quick and dirty.
Just to be clear, there is actual misuse on this right? We're not renaming just because it doesn't fit the theme?

Fight smart, not fair.a good point, though given the existence of Darker and Edgier, which is about an entirely different type of dark, this could warrant a rename simply for being too similar in name while being about something entirely different.
If not Armory Of Darkness, what of Armored In Darkness? Shielded With Shadows? Wielder Of Shadows? Wielder Of Darkness?

survival of the tight-lippedLiterally Dark Arts? Buring with Midnight Oil? Tenebrous Blade? Sunless Creep? Gloom 'n Doom? Dead Light?
I'd go with Wielding The Darkness. That makes it clear that dark is being used like a weapon. It's not a pun, but most of the puns suggested would be confused for Black Magic.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.I like Gloom And Doom.
I have a message from another time...same.
Edit: Although inverted sounds better to me at least. Doom And Gloom

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I dislike Doom And Gloom because it sounds more like somebody is using sadness to kill people or something.
Wielding The Darkness seems the most straight forward.
Fight smart, not fair.
But that would be a ptitle. I personally would like to avoid those until Eddie's fix comes into play. But if others don't mind...
