I keep hearing about it, but I don't think I've seen it.
...That's the middle of MayoiSnail, right?

It's been fun.Right afterwards, actually.
Hmm, I suppose.
Well, still makes it ironic, though. In a way. Does explain the choice in language, though.
So I just finished the series... and love it! Did anyone ever translate the commentaries on the blue rays?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Not as far as I know. Apparently it's about 3 times as much dialog as the actual episodes. The voice actors complained too.
!!!!!!!!
How fast were they talking?
Somewhat fast, but not super-fast. Mostly there were no breaks in the dialog whatsoever, unlike the anime which has a lot of scene-setting shots and such where no one's talking.
Damn I was really hoping for it translated because I heard it was in character and any more of Senjogahara is always a good thing.
This is stuck in my head...

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Yes, they're in character. I've listened through some of them, although I can't say that I understood more than half of it. Basically they're set up as conversations between two characters, most of whom never got much interaction in the show itself, because most of the time Araragi isn't present. I mean, the show can be accurately described as "Araragi talks to people", so removing him creates entirely new circumstances. They don't respond to the events of the show much at all though, going off on huge tangents for most of the episode. When they do directly address the show, they seem pretty critical of it. "That looks kind of odd, doesn't it?" "It didn't happen like that, I assure you." That kind of thing.
Most of it is hosted by Hanekawa, so there's this running gag where she absolutely refuses to do her "I don't know eveything, I just know what I know" thing with anyone other than Araragi. Everyone else keeps trying to set it up though. And Senjougahara's favorite FMA character is Greed, to no one's surprise. Hanekawa likes Kimbley though...

I figured it was probably a matter of time, given how open the ending of Bakemonogatari was. If they didn't want to make the sequels into anime they would probably have tried to create more of a sense of resolution.

...eventually, we will reach a maximum entropy state where nobody has their own socks or underwear, or knows who to ask to get them back. What the hell was that?.....
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Interesting? It was hilarious.
... What the fuuuuuuck?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialSon, that is what awesome looks like when you inject it directly into your eyeballs.
Wow. They really out-SHAFT-ed themselves with that trailer.
Yeah. I read the comments first, and my thoughts were: "Ah, come on. It is SHAFT, you should be used to it already.".
It seems they predicted people getting used to their usual 'shaftisms' and tried something even weirder. ^^;
Oh, and this trailer is completely useless for demonstring the content of the new anime. It is like they are only reassure that, yes, they are Shaft and will continue to produce weird shit.
Not that I complain.

I know what Kizumonogatari is about, but even if I didn't that trailer would definitely have made me want to watch it. That trailer could make me watch anything.
Early trailers for anime shows rarely actually, you know... show anything.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I don't disagree.
I wouldn't know. I never pay attention in early trailers. I usually only watch an anime after reading some positive feedback.
Ironically enough, hers was probably the most awkward declaration of love that I've seen.
I assume I'm not missing anything with episode 5.5?
