It could pass next week, or it could be postponed for another year. Either way the dangers of it remain prominent since they’ve managed to get so many Senators to Co sponsor it that it could pass if it does go through next week.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Should be noted, the way the US Congress works, any bill is dead if it has not been signed into law when a new Congress is sworn in on January 3rd at noon after a mid term/presidential election, requiring it to be reintroduced and go through all the proper channels.
It should also be noted that Congress usually goes on a Christmas/New Years recess, so unless they really want to push something through, Christmas after a major election year is considered the when bills are dead.
Also, I you want to keep up with the bill without using social media, search it up on congress.gov and use their tools to keep up with it.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Done known when they intend to try to get it through, or get it to the house?
They're going to try to get it through as soon as possible, because they always try that. Especially since they are well aware of the time limit of the legislative cycle.
The question is if enough people on the other side can stall it out. Who is fighting against this? The problem with all the censorship bills is that they're very good at screaming "but think of the CHILDREN" whenever you try to point out how it will solve nothing and cause countless more problems.
And we know through their meetings with Tech CE Os that Senators just don’t know how the internet works or functions.
It was particular why everyone was mocking them for their meeting with Tik Toks CEO, that is when they weren’t insulting the Senators for being full on racist POS acting like he was Chinese.
For example Democrat Blumenthal still acts like SESTA/FOSTA worked at all at doing what they said it would do(it didn’t.) all it did instead was make being a sex worker online harder and removed protections sex workers had so they weren’t abused.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Of course, it's entirely possible that was actually the intent of those bills. As we can see with the "don't say gay" and "ban trans people for existing" bills, a significant number of legislators operate purely on moral disgust and do indeed think that doing terrible things to sex workers is good by default.
I've said it before, if this was actually about protecting children instead of trying to get rid of people they don't like, then the solution is to make a government-sponsored parental control app/add-on that parents can use to customize their child's internet experience. Like how seatbelts were the proper response to car fatalities, not banning gay people from driving.
I have some minor good news. KOSA won’t be voted on today. It will be voted on the 13-16th of next month though. A bit more time.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I think it still needs to be voted on in the house even if it passes the senate.
Yea but the more we can stall it the better.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. Is this the right place to ask this? I’d like advice on whether or not I should create a Tumblr account even if I don’t necessarily have anything to post, but just want to read a bunch of blogs, search for tags, and do other stuff that they won’t let me do without logging in.
I may do that. I guess I could find something to post.

Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!by all means go for it. it's best if you customize your blog so you wouldn't be confused for a bot though
i can't believe nor even fathom that he visited his friend! the audacity! It's old news by now but I just want to promote TV Tropes' Tumblr.
"We are all so afraid, we are all so alone, we all so need from the outside the assurance of our own worthiness to exist."It looks like companies are so sure of KOSA passing that it has lead to sex work/NSFW fanart websites like Patreon to make absurd “Characters must consent in image” rules and Gumroad completely banning all NSFW.
Pornhub has likewise blocked everyone in Texas from using the website due to the bad internet bills, which has lead to a massive boost in VPN searches from Texans.
Especially noticeable as Gumroad literally gave only one day before it removes it all.
Not sure how Tumblr will handle this considering it became more lax on some NSFW compared to the past, but will certainly allow the CEO to continue being terrible.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. It seems like the senate has completely forgotten about kosa for now sense I'm pretty sure the vote was supposed to happen already. I also don't think it went to the house yet.
My account got suddenly deleted overnight. I've reached out through the site and on twitter. I hope it's just some bullshit and I can get back. I have not recieved any warning, I am fully unaware of any illegal content I may have posted.
the statement above is falseNope. Just woke up tuesday to the app not working. I have reached out through the official channels and twitter, probably gonna make a new account later today.
[ed.] not long after this, my account got reinstated, they gave no reason, said it was just a mistake. I'm glad it sorted out this fast, I heard stories that people have waited for months

the statement above is falseWell, it looks like I'm not the only one. My account got terminated about a week ago, and I don't know to get it reinstated!
An open mind and compassionate heart are among the most important qualities we can have.
Doesn't it still need to go through the house through? I've also heard some say that the Supreme Court isn't likely to let it pass despite the way they are currently.
