That image might show "Female On Male Abuse", but not "Abuse Is Okay When..."
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I don't know how we're going to show the "okay" part.
Maybe a PvP Online strip in the Jade-thinks-girls-punching-is-okay storyline? (This or that, maybe.) An image of female-on-male violence in some context where Moral Guardian approval is implicit, for instance on a kids' show? Looking through the examples is frequently a good image pickin' strategy, but I am unfamiliar with a lot of them, different eyes would find something else.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think the two strips given by rodney Anonymous are better than the current image. While the current image isn't terrible, it doesn't really show the point well enough. It just shows an image of woman punching a man.
Not sure which strip to use though...

The second strip is an extremely good analysis of the phenomenon described by the trope, but it may be a little too opinion-laden for a good page image.
I think there are other (maybe better?) ways to illustrate this, but here is a crop of the first strip:

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. And vertical:

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Final frame of this Questionable Coment? Or maybe Frame 2 of this one?
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Neither show the woman.
Fight smart, not fair. How about this strip from Dilbert◊.
If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?I like both of the strips rodney posted, can't really decide which one I like better.
I'd like a vertical version of one of the strips rodney posted, either one. The article looks long enough for the image not to invade the examples, which is the only problem with some vertical images.
I'd use the last panel of the second strip Rodney suggested. "If she stabs me in the neck a FIFTH time..." seems to fit the trope better than anything else posted so far. Or, maybe the entire strip could be arranged vertically.
I reject your requirement for a witty statement or fanboyish squealing in my signature. The text to just that one frame is: "I'd be like... 'Okay, if this crazy bitch stabs me in the neck a fifth time, I'm going to consider the Clark-Gable slap.' Then they'd find me dead." It is two guys talking about how Abuse Is Okay When It Is Female on Male. I think that is not as good as a strip that feels less texty, and shows a female. Showing abuse would be better still.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. How abusive do we need to show, if we're going for the comedy routine? If we don't need it too extreme (and without becoming NSFW), I think something from Haruhi Suzumiya might possibly be applicable. Just a suggestion: [1]◊
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.I don't think we need another picture of Haruhi pulling Kyon by the tie.
(I'd argue we don't need another picture of Haruhi, period.)
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdOh lol that's the girl pictured on Just A Face And A Caption, isn't it :)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I dunno if the Dilbert strip is the best example; it's clearly making her out to be the bitch in the situation, even if played for humor.
I personally think that Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown would be a good picture.

Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyI'm going to go back through the QC archives. There has to be something there of people just shrugging off Faye's habit of punching Marten.

It is the second Peanuts comic printed and shows a mean little girl (patty) punching a confused little boy (Charlie Brown) for no reason. This was before anything about Charlie Browns charter had been established and he was just a four year old getting beat up by an older girl.
^That works. Hang on. I'll reformat it.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyI like that one, though it's a little hard to see the punch panel because of the small size.
Well, my old Tiger Rihanna pic was finally taken down. In it's place, I wanna suggest this:
Caption: MTV viewers felt a lot more sorry for this teen dad getting beat down than Snooki getting punched in her face. Guess which scene was pulled because it sent "a bad message."
