I thought they said that about Cataclysm.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Cataclysm was actually known for 'bringing difficult dungeons back.'
Of course, people then called on them to be nerfed TO THE GROUND, BABY..

Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies. This, Cata's difficulty spike back up was one of the few good things people had to say about it. I mean I personally liked the redone old zones, and Vash-jir (if only because the concept) but I am in the minority about that.
I loved Uldum as well but was heavily disappointed that the zone was just used for a bunch of Indiana Jones jokes. So disappointing....

"You can reply to this Message!"'Twas a spammer. Nothing to see here.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Ah, ok
"You can reply to this Message!"In Legion news, they are finally going to be fixing Stormwind park.
Apparently that's where the monument to Varian Wrynn will go.
Stormwind is turning into one big cemetery, isn't it?

Can we offer them Goldshire instead?
"You can reply to this Message!"That's a very bad idea. If Goldshire gets destroyed, there's no way to predict where all the ER Pers will migrate to. At least at the moment we know where they are.

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen. We just make sure they are in goldshire at the right moment.
"You can reply to this Message!"The Alpha feedback thread for Brewmaster is interesting. It seems that the designers have made a very good active tank that works best keeping health around 80% and managing damage by delaying and smoothing it, but nobody wants to play a tank at anywhere below full health. (LOL at those decrying how the spec has been dumbed down from live. If you're putting thought into anything other than Guard you're doing it wrong.)
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years. The biggest criticisms for monks are more directed at Mistweavers, who honestly lost a lot of fun utility from fistweaving, to contrast Discipline Priests.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Did anyone else get an email of a free offer of Warlords of Draenor and 7 days playtime? Because I did and I'm not sure if it's legit or not. If true, schweet! I don't have to pay for Wo D.
It's legit. Got it for my old account.
It's a promotion to bring back players that haven't been subbed for a bit. If the other posts I've seen on it are right you should get it automatically, so go check your battle.net profile to see if it's upgraded if you want to make sure your email was legit.

Seems to have worked. My launcher now says "Warlords of Draenor", and I've seven days to play.
Now, which of my characters to jump straight to 90? My head says my Rogue, my heart says my Paladin.
My game was acting all weird tonight. I completed the first part of Highmaul, and that's when it went downhill. First the game wouldn't work when I tried to exit the group, then it wouldn't even load when I tried to hearth to my Garrison, and then it froze on the loading screen for Stormwind City a couple of times.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.I went for my Rogue. Noticed most of my skills were disabled, which is probably game-play related or something. Made some gold by smooshing some orcs. Got killed twice, which is par for the course, although the second time I went down after taking a level 90 elite orc to a fifth left of his life bar.
So far I like what I see in Legion. It has a strong feel of WotLK, which was the high point in WoW for me. Sure, there are things I could get upset about, but, I've been playing WoW long enough. Time to just sit back and enjoy the good things I get.

If I recall correctly the main thing people had an issue with in Wrath was difficulty based or something. Some people really felt that the difficulty of doing dungeons and raids was way to easy comparably to BC and Vanilla (it didn't help that they put Naxx in again). Of course not everyone agrees with that but that's the problem I recall seeing mentioned the most.
I personally just loved Wrath for the Death Knights and the zones. I remember way back in the day just marveling at Wrath's concept art....
