Well, that all sounds pretty OK.

This is my favorite subject.

They tend to vary by era and location. Assume they're from the modern day unless I say otherwise.

• Thuận Thiên, a Vietnamese bruiser with superhuman strength, speed, and flight, all provided to him by the spirits of the dead who chose him as their champion.
• Gemini, a master swordsman who is obsessed with the duality of justice and uses "Second Sight" (in reality a combo of X-ray and thermal vision) to judge evildoers.
• Cross Country, a laid back speedster from Louisiana.
• The Dancer, a woman with no powers who relies on her skills as an acrobat and combatant to fight crime. Has a clown/harlequin theme in her costume, which causes most people to think she's a villain.
• Hangman, who wears a special suit made entirely of carbon nanotubes, which he can control to create ropes and cables of varying lengths, strengths, and thicknesses.
• Nightheart, a shadow man who wasn't ready to move on and is ready to die again before letting the horrors beyond our vision into this world.
• XYZ, a powerless vigilante, known for his brutality, who made it his personal mission to end crime in Port De Soto in the 1990s. Hasn't been seen since 2000. (I've written and finished a story about him, though I want to revise it)
• Delta Star, who fights crime using passion, aviator sunglasses, catchphrases, and apparently limitless energy projection.
• Damascus, a German engineering student who became physically and mentally grafted to a unique kind of biometal, with which he can create any object he can imagine (within the limited amount of metal he has)
• Fury, a woman with energy-wings that she can summon to allow her to fly at nearly supersonic speeds.
• Boudica, an Irish superheroine with a healing factor and a broadsword who worked in the 1990s.
• Maxwell, an immensely powerful psychic who, eyewitnesses claim, hasn't aged since the 1920s (operated mostly in the '90s)
• S.A.R.G.O.N, a combat robot who worked alongside Boudica and Maxwell.
• The Guardian, a flying brick who led the team of Boudica, Maxwell, and S.A.R.G.O.N called "The New Smashers" (after the 1950s Smashers of Injustice). Suffered from debilitating confidence issues.

Thanks. I don't know who my favorite is, but XYZ is pretty dear to me, being the first member of the Seamusverse (first written down, at least. There are other characters whom I thought up earlier, but they've changed significantly since).

Save XYZ, none of them are really atoners. Never liked that character type. Angsty, occasionally. They do what they do mostly because they feel it's right.

No cat people. Fury's sidekick is a catboy, but mostly because he wants to be. Wears ears and claws as part of his costume. Curtis is a G-Man, and thus not a superhero.

What's a G-Man?

Yeah. It's going to take a 8it of getting used to!
