Sometimes I cook for one meal if it's something like a hamburger or pasta or fish.
And sometimes I cook something that I can get several meals out of. Like I'll make taco meat and do different stuff with it than just having it on tacos, or I'll cook up a bunch of chicken and have some of it on a salad and some of it in a wrap and some of it in a casserole or whatever.
