I'm not sure the game limit counts friend games, actually; I'm in six of eight, plus that friend game (which, for some reason, doesn't actually show up under Friend Games in my profile even though it does show up in Friend Games In Progress up in the icon tray thing).

The way it works, Light, is:

You enter the game, and there's either a picture or a description. If it's a picture, you describe it, if it's a description, you draw it.

And then you wait for other people to do that however many times and then the game's over and you can see what everyone wrote and drew.

That's how you can have eleventy billion games going on at once. You're not actually doing anything with them, you're just waiting for them to be over so you can see what all everyone did.

It's like Telestrations, except Telestrations is infinitely better and also a physical game.

This, but with people passing around dry-erase flipbook notepad things. And there's one notepad per player, so you actually have a decent doing-something-to-waiting-for-people ratio.

I've only played it like once but it is glorious, especially when it's the same table of people that just played CAH. Same table that introduced me to CAH, actually.

Yeah. You don't have colors, so that's an edge this has, and you probably sort of have less time with Telestrations, but it's a riot when you're playing with CAH vets.
