Possubly. Ether way, he's totally on point. The Mokuba phone gag was top-notch.
I have a message from another time...Yeah Kaiba sounded different to me too.
It's because he's yelling, I think.
but HOW?I remember in the 4kids dub she got a random southern accent in this arc.
So next time I bet the old Mai and the new Mai will fight it out in her head or at least make comments about it.
Anyone else feel like Martin is starting to get tired of doing this at this point? It's still funny, but it seems like he's trying to rush now as it is.
Watch SymphogearI do think with Yu-Gi-Oh abridged he's been kind of going through the motions with these latest episodes. I honestly find the Mark Remark to be funnier.
I think the problem is these filler arcs are really dragging. What he ought to do is start covering more plot per episode. I mean, we just went two episodes without a single card game.
I'm hoping the Grand Championship Arc is covered in a single "Card Game Channel" episode like the Duelist Kingdom finals.
I've got fanfics for Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon.Covering multiple episodes at a time would be a great answer to the Arc Fatigue. The way Little Kuriboh blasted through the Duelist Kingdom finals (essentially combining episodes 29-39 into 1) is still great in my mind.
Mai got a new accent because her old voice actress, Megan Hollingshead, quit working for 4Kids in 2004. Her new VA was Erica Schroeder/Bella Hudson, who also voiced Mana and the Dark Magician Girl.

The Protomen enhanced my life.frankly I like it more when LK focuses at least a little bit on the duels
Yeah, Yugi vs Kaiba in Battle City was one of my favorites because of that.
For the abridged series, episodes tend to combine multi-part episodes from the original series into one episode, while standalone episodes remain one abridged episode. If this pattern holds for all remaining episodes, Season 4 will end at episode 82, the Grand Championship will end at Episode 89, and the entire series will end at episode 104. This is the maximum amount of episodes, and maybe some could be edited together to shorten them further. In particular, there are very few multi-part episodes in the Egypt arc, so if that were left as-is, the abridged version wouldn't be much shorter than the real thing.
Cortex should take a 12-step plan off a 10-step pierEpisode 67 is up.

The Protomen enhanced my life. This might be his best episode in a while.
I've got fanfics for Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon.Best episode in the current season definitely. Lots of good jokes in there, both metatextually and in show.
The episode finally explained exactly why Kaiba always wants to screw the rules.

I don’t normally dream about Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series, but last night I dreamed that the episode where Yugi loses to Rafael had been made. Its title was “YUGI LOSES” in big letters, and it opened with a super-serious monologue from Pegasus about how a storm was coming, set to epic orchestral choir music.
After that I dreamed I woke up and the sun was replaced by the Millennium Eye.
The Protomen enhanced my life.TFS likes this apparently.
Episode 68 is out, and features Mai and her new voice.
That was pretty great.
" I guess the spiky-haired kid's the smart one"
Joey, Tristran, Yugi: "Thank you"
Did anybody else notice that Kaiba sounded slightly different in the new episode, or is it just me?
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
