Yang and Blake could win, as long they survive Hiryuu's bombers and get into melee range. While they need to bust out their most powerful attacks, knocking Hiryuu to Moderate Damage disables her ability to launch more planes. Note that she still have AA guns for point defense.
Honestly, it can go either way. Bumblebee needs to dodge most bombs and 12.7 cm shells Hiryuu throws, but they have a huge advantage in close range.

...Yeah, Hiryuu doesn't stand a chance against Yiazmat, either. 50 million HP is nothing to scoff at. In fact, I doubt any group of less than 3 can defeat it.
