Like I said, Holo can only turn into a giant wolf. Her actual offensive powers don't go beyond that, and an Anti-Air platform could easily kill it. Anybody with a gun could, if they aimed at the right places.

Katsuragi is a full-fledged carrier. The "floating AA platform" thing is a Historical In-Joke: She never launched a single aircraft in real life and only fought with her onboard AA guns until the war ended.
She has higher AA and Luck stat than her sisters because of this.
