Frieza do the simple option and vaporize the SOK before he can fire a bullet.
Fallout 2? More like Fallout 2 bad.So, by being incapable of missing, you mean it "can only hit the intended target"? So if somebody tried to use a human shield, the bullets would sort of just go around said human shield?
SOK survived a nuke without flinching, so vaporization won't really do anything. Madara would put up a fight against Frieza, though he'd lose in the end.

More accurately it would go through the target. It doesn't have to hit the actual person, either - it could blow up a fuel tank next to them, for instance. But generally it's just a magical instant anything-piercing kill that can't be dodged.
So SOK wins against anyone without Reality Bending powers. And now I'll stop making people fight the invincible murderman.
What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?Actually, I can think of several ways to stop such a weapon with the rather abstract and not-terribly-specifically-limited powers of manipulation of nuclear fission and the manipulation of nuclear fusion (which I suppose counts as reality bending limited to a very specific nature), though they generally involve causing the gun or bullet to cease to be that thing. For example, cause all of the atoms in the gun to undergo nuclear fission or fusion, rapidly rendering it not-a-gun. Sure, normally, that's not possible, but normally things don't have various Semantic Superpowers acting on them.
I see mention that your guy survived being nuked, but I have to wonder what happens when you introduce completely arbitrary scaling to the size of the nuclear blast. Surviving a small kiloton-range device like Little Boy and surviving a 50 megaton blast like the Tsar Bomba are very different beasts, after all, and there's no real reason that the blast force couldn't be scaled higher and higher, especially when freed from constraints like "needing an actual bomb" (though, in theory, even with a real bomb, under most fusion bomb designs, the amount of scaling theoretically possible is more or less unlimited). This is one of the fun things about nuclear weapons. It's also why "survived a nuke" says about as much about surviving a really big nuke as "survived a bullet" says about surviving a direct hit from a tank cannon.

Whis tank her attack and split her in two with a chop.
Fallout 2? More like Fallout 2 bad.Yeah, no. Utsuho's crazy powerful, but not that powerful.
Big GrahTie: Vs. Self.
I always got the impression that all "manipulation of X" powers are more or less Semantic Superpowers limited only by what the user can think of to do with the manipulation of that thing, provided that it makes some sort of sense (for a given value of "making sense").

Fallout 2? More like Fallout 2 bad.Nuclear power beats any kind of bending, really.
Big GrahAnd antimatter/relativistic railgun from a million miles away beats nuclear power. If she was fighting seriously and all-out.

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."While the Winter Soldier isn't a pushover, I think Isana would probably win.
I don't think the Winter Soldier would harm a farmgirl, she wouldn't stand a chance.
It's Over Anakin, I have the high ground!Guns vs. Magic...
Although Lyria will probably lose unless she gets angry...

The Gate Guardian.
Givin this on to Gate Guard.
"We be we baby!"I'd say Lance, what with a gun and three kinds of light magic.
Depends on the type of gun and ammo he's firing (Is that a flintlock pistol?). Akagi is very resistant against non-explosive, non-armor piercing weapons. To punch through her barrier, you'll need something as powerful as a anti-tank gun. She also has up to 83 planes, usually more than half are bombers with enough combined payload to sink actual warships. Then again, Lance has 3 kinds of light magic...
Not sure, to be honest. What exactly his light magic does?
Pick up your weapon, even if you hesitate, you cannot give up. Hold on to your ideals, even if you struggle, you cannot waver.well im dead

@Pastry: He literally cannot miss. His guns are made of the melted down sword of the Angel of Death, and can never run out of ammo, jam, miss, or inflict anything but a fatal wound.
So yeah So K is OP.
