I think he just plain out-powers Isaki.

Let's put it this way, this guy has the best damn armor and weapons of the Legion. Capable of slicing through most armor with his plasma blade, and unleashing explosive death with his cannon. Isaki wins cause this guy is just an Elite Mook.

Somehow I doubt that armour can ward off genjutsu. But then again, genjutsu might not be enough to beat Kain.

I'd say the EVA. The AT Fields should be able to stop his jutsu, even Amaterasu. And then it's just plain bigger and more powerful. And those Attack Drones would be fast, powerful, and lethal against a human.

I'd have to go with the EVA for this one. While Kain may be tough, he isn't tough enough to take down a towering creature like the EVA. Though he might make a nice and crunchy snack.

It's pretty obvious.

And it's not Karl.

V can take em quite easily.

Kain and V would take each other down in a showdown of blade versus fist.

This would be good but I think Zero would win barely, not without wounds of course.

Just one member of the Revenant Squadron, all members of which are Killer Robots with years of experience in the battlefield is more than a match against a puny anthro from Mobius. But all of them against said puny anthro? Better call the police, there's a rape in progress!

Star Platinum's punches can shatter diamond. let's see if the senator's nanomachines can survive 500 of them while he can't move.

Stormer can't move in frozen time like Jotaro can, so he'd get beaten down by Star Platinum's endless barrage of punches.

FM versus Stormer?

Well if Stormer gets close he can beat FM in physical combat. Until Hydra comes out that is, cause then it would serve as a powerful meat shield. One that would give FM the chance to send Stormer back.

In ranged combat, well Stormer would have to deal with lots of different energy blasts.

Could go either way.

Well, Loki can't mind control Stormer (for the same reasons as Tony Stark), but he is far more powerful than Stormer, and could confuse the cyborg's mind with his illusions.

I am not sure how strong they are but I bet that Pitou would win.

No idea who that is or the "power scale" in comparison. Hell, this OC doesn't have a crazy elaborate backstory like some sparkle disaster mary sues!

But I'd assume that with enough resources,a Mad Scientist could overcome anything. Without any, they'd be fucked.

If this Mobian mad scientist is unarmed, Stormer will beat him with ease. If he is armed...well, Stormer will likely beat him in that case too.
