Downloaded Persona3 FES off PSN.

Huh, it's not as hard as I thought it would be, but the whole condition system I feel is a load of crap and makes grinding much harder to do then it should be. Aside from the Nights before the full moon shadows, does it ever start to happen less often later?

I am certain that by the time of the second full moon or so, it becomes almost unnoticeable.

...Yeah it's kinda a wasted gameplay mechanic.

You will get tired more often from studying at home than you will from grinding.

I've heard that particular version sometimes randomly eats all your saves...

Well, anyway. Armor and Weapons aren't that important, since it's mostly your Personas raw stats that determine what exactly happens with skills.

I sure said that!

[up] Since I also have that version of FES, I can say that sometimes your saves don't show up...but if you press circle and go save at the save point again, they should show up.

Yeah, after the third full moon or so you'll just forget that Tireness exists. Speaking of FES, pdam and I have been grinding in Tartarus in preparation for the full moon. I hate the face-towers on block 3.

I guess we could go... wherever we please.

The face towers have always been a mild annoyance.

...But I don't recall having particular trouble. I recall having more trouble with knights and samurais and the cyclops things.

The Hulk Hogans are pretty tough the first time you run into them, but otherwise they are eh.

...Hulkmania may have run wild on Yukari's and Junpei's faces when I came up against them as bosses. Thankfully Mitsuru once again proved herself to be amazing and pretty much took all three of them out. Also, that feel when you finally find that version of the Tartarus lobby music that gets played during the beach section with Yukari. This is what I'm talking about. Love it.

I guess we could go... wherever we please.

I actually prefer the remix that plays in the dorm during the final stages of the game.

So is it hard to get all the social links maxed out?

Because Kenji's is probably the easiest in the whole game so far.

You maxed out KENJI's social link? You're a braver man than I...

Not yet, just about halfway through it, though.

I might go back and do it when I have the time after eating Brunch.

Eh, it's really a matter of effectively juggling all the links at once rather than accidentally saying the wrong thing and pissing the person off. I don't know how easy it is to complete them all on time without using a guide, but I do know that I had largely finished them all by November apart from Mitsuru and Aigis. That leaves several months of not having much to do.

Kenji, booky, not Kanji. Kanji is awesome. Kenji is not.

kanji's was one of the easiest party member social links to slog through. with yosukes being the least interesting.

kenji is the deluded shithead who nearly destroyed a teachers career after, like a complete moron, he blabbed about the "relationship" to other people, despite not actually being in one?

Isn't he the one where one of the options is;

>Comfort Kenji

>Comfort the teacher

>Laugh in Kenji's stupid fucking face

And the last one is the correct option?

...why does the phrase "butterfly effect" show up in the p3p opening?

what, is it implying the main character is female now because elizabeth went back in time and accidentally fiddled with a chromozome?

I think it's to imply that the FeMC will actually make a difference.

SPOILERS:She doesn't.

I think the most important thing is that Shinji's big scene is cheapened and his death prolonged.

yeah its cheapened but...

the ending is more depressing in exchange.

so yeah its basically just a tradeoff.

If it wasn't for the fact that I like all my links maxed out for gameplay reasons I would not complete FeMC Moon. It's a boring link with a bad payoff.

Well, that's up to you, really. And the fact that he received actual characterization on-screen as a Social Link, instead of us just being told about how great a cook he is and how he bought fancy for for Koromaru and etc., really helped make his big scene more poignant.
