-Door Opening: SUCCESS-

Ground Team

-Aaand that's another hangar destroyed on the far end, the tanks running for cover-

-However, in the corner of his Eye, Pires might notice a certain soldier kneeling behind the cover of a nearer hangar-

-What he will notice is the Touro giving its pilot the unmistakeable beep of a missile lock.-

Control Tower: [This is Control, We are scrambling helicopters to assist! We just activated the Anti-Air defenses!]

Sea Team

-Dash cautiously advances until she hits the intersection, then peeks around the corner-

Ground Team

-Pires swears as his Touro detects a missile lock-

-Rather than try to kill the pilot he wastes a use of smoke grenades by dumping them at his feet to try and dissuade the missile-

Roger: "...ye lost me there, lass."

Starling: "I wasn't going to anyway." >_>

-tries to head over to the control tower to sabotage or at least make it unreliable to the other soldiers-

-Under his breath- Albert: "If Three Dog ever finds out that I did this, he's going to be pissed..."

Dash: In that case you probably don't want to know. Believe me.

Roger: "...aye aye, ma'am."

Sea Team

-You barely see the back of a guard as he walks out of the corridor, as you can see the open doors on both ends leading to the top of the platform outside-

-There's a pair of door on each side of the corridor you just came from leading to some labs, and another in front of you leading to a seemingly bigger one-

Ground Team

-Well, Albert's mad dash from the runway to the control tower is met with machinegun fire from a couple nests set between the hangars-

-Mech-side, The smokescreen prevents the missile lock... But fails to stop the missile itself from being fired-

-You might wanna get out of the way of the projectile, Champ-

Sea Team

Dash: Hm...

-checks the big door-

Ground Team

-The missile flies through the smokescreen-

-And meets nothing, because the Touro was already mobile-

-Pires responds by flipping the Disco over the poor infantryman and turning him into red mist-

-Runs to one of the nests, tossing a couple grenade into it-

Sea Team

-It's a door, yes-

-Complete with a small keycard reader next to it-

Ground Team

-As the one missile-wielding soldier gets lazor'd, its friends immediately dive back behind cover-

-What doesn't, however, is the attack helicopter rising from behind the hangars, letting out a hail of bullets towards our mech-

-Meanwhile, Joanna's wanton destruction of a pair of hangar door doesn't go unnoticed as the soldiers formerly hiding behind them run back, shooting wildly at the maid-

-Now, Albert. Allow me to recap the situation-

-You are in the middle of an airfield, a place that is designed to be as flat as possible, with nearly zero cover-

-In front of you is an MG nest, behind a bunch of sandbags between two hangars-

-You are planning on running straight towards the MG nest and toss a grenade-

-Are you sure about this?-

-Albert quickly realizes he's basically being suicidely stupid and runs backwards in a zigzag as he toss grenades at the nests-

Sea Team

-Dash looks at the keycard, confirms it is blue, then tries to see if anything about this door or the reader are blue-

Ground Team

-The Touro's shields begin to drop rapidly under a hail of autocannon fire-

-Given the helicopter is still close, Pires flips the Disco around and starts emptying it into the chopper-

-Joanna is undettered despite being gradually filled with her daily dose of iron, and slowly walks up to the soldiers-

Sea Team

-Well, it looks plenty blue alright-

Ground Team

-Well, the Helicopter takes a couple hits from the laser but backs up quickly, returning fire-

-Albert's grenade gets the soldier's manning the MG nest running for cover, buying Albert enough time to move up if he wanted to-

-Meanwhile, in a Hangar nearby, the two keep deseperately filling Joanna with bullets-

-... Until they run dry, that is-

Sea Team

Dash: You ready? The alarm might trip if we do this.

Ground Team

-Pires pursues the helicopter at full speed, keeping his finger on the Disco as his shields fall to half-strength-

Joanna: ...Are you finished?

Roger: ~draws his sword and pistol~

"Aye!"

Sea Team

-Dash swipes the keycard-

-Albert does move up, with his assault rilfe loaded and ready to fire-

Sea Team

-Beep-

-Door's open-

Ground Team

-The only response Joanna gets from the two soldiers panickedly trying to run away as they frantically try to reload-

- Pires' unending fire manages to make the helicopter break away as the Touro moves on near the hangars-

-Only for the aircraft to be replaced by two others coming from further away-

-Albert, you arrive to the control tower unimpeded to find a barricaded door-

Air Team

Shenzi: [Alright, wake up, you're coming up on the station, you're docking in two minutes!]

Roger: ~waits~

Starling: "But Dash isn't even here!" D:

Sea Team

Dash: ...huh.

-looks into the room-

Ground Team

Pires: [Someone get me some air support!]

-keeps laying the Disco onto the helicopters, because it's really all he can do-

Air Team

Six: [Autopilot will take care of docking, right?]

-Joanna spits out a couple of bullets, and tries to look for something useful (and maybe nonlethal)-

Sea Team

-Plenty of research materials in there-

-Mostly seems to be computers and the like, save for the dog snoozing in the corner-

-And the bigass machine sitting in the middle of the room-

Air Team

Shenzi: [Don't worry about that, just head for the door and get out when you're ready.]

Ground Team

-Bad News, Pires-

-The Helicopters are just out of reach of your laser, and retaliate by launching a salvo of rockets at your general direction-

-Joanna, This is an aircraft hangar-

-Besides tools, fuel tanks and missiles, there's not much in the way of non-lethal sitting around-

Air Team

-Six gets out of her chair-

-The thrusters on her MJOLNIR fire, flaring blue as they propel her through the microgravitic environment-

Ground Team

-Pires looks at his smoke launchers-

-They aren't recharged-

-He takes a full salvo of rockets to the face, and emerges with scorched paint and no shielding-

-Abbot Round #5 goes wild, flying towards either of the helicopters-

Pires: [I have helicopters outside the range of my weapons! Is there any anti-aircraft support?]
