The Kirin: Every elder drake is taught how to make a bridge to and from places they wish to go, in order to cover long distances. And they are taught how to collapse those bridge so that their bridges aren't used against them.

A complete disintegration of a bridge this large would take at minimum a day uninterrupted and if I were alone, but I can certainly inhibit the process with my own magicks.

Besides from what I have seen of the one I want, I doubt he would have the magical power to aide you much.
