Image Pickin: Your Brain Wont Be Much Of A Meal

I decide to not lauch trope with picture, Elan with Diet Soda for head was to confusing for some troper. Still Order Of The Stick have perfect exmaple what can be also trope image, if it possible cut picture from comic strip what will have trope esence and whant bo to big.

What your opinion?

Something along the lines of Meat-O-Vision might make a nice page image, with the obvious substituting a dietetic food in place of an, ahem, meaty one.

Damn, I was hoping to find a shot of that Simpsons episode where Homer tries to make a Heroic Sacrifice to zombies and they get pissed off and ignore him.

Said strip is here. If we included the panel with "see what the mindflayer is thinking", it might work.

Maybe you right, I try tomorow cut something whit Coke Elan and Mind Flayer vision.

I don't get the Simpsons image — Zombies are supposed to be rather decayed or withered looking, and you're relying on the viewer knowing that Homer isn't exactly the brightest bulb in the fixture. In other words, is it Just A Face And A Caption?

I dunno, A) they are looking at him skeptically, and B) isn't Homer Simpson one of the more recognizable characters on the planet? (possibly myopia, but...)

I think Homer makes the TV Tropes pseudo-canonical list of "sufficiently iconic characters." Has anyone ever tried to actually write down such a list, by the way? It'd be a pretty short one, but Homer is up there with Superman and Sherlock Holmes and the like now.

It's important to note that simply being on the list doesn't make everything about them fair game, only Broad Strokes. That said, if you had to sum up Homer Simpson in one word, you'd probably use "stupid".

You may always find other , more clear picture what explain trope better.
