So... Looks like the work still needs to be done on this (assuming there's agreement that it's the right course, which it seems there is).
So how would one go about doing this anyway? Launch two YKTTWs, one with the original article title as a stock phrase as well as one called Always Need What You Gave Up for the original description? or launch one YKTTW and just completely overhaul the original article?

Copy the current article text and examples over to Always Need What You Gave Up. No need to go through ykttw for that.
A ykttw thread for the article about the stock phrase would be good.
We'll also need to go through the wicks. We can't just change all of them to the new title, because there's bound to be a bunch linking to the stock phrase rather than the trope.

Okay, done.
zerky has to admit that her involvement in this is not entirely admirable... she really just wanted an excuse to move wicks. :P
edit: FYI: Laconic page was made for It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time, new page was run through YKTTW, articles were split/renamed and the wicks were moved. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Page image perhaps?

Stratadrake finds Zerky's use of Third-Person Person a slightly disturbing personality quirk.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Bump.
If no one responds in a week, zerky's just gonna assume there's nothing left to be fixed and request for this to be locked.
Locking this thread. We can make image-picking threads if we need to discuss pictures.
Although it would be best to change the page and then make a ykttw.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
