Behemoth Bash is fine? Zamazenta has better things to be doing than directly attacking, but it's its best Steel STAB option at least.

Roar of Time is just a Hyper Beam clone and Hyper Beam sucks major ass, though.

So I was watching Pokémon Legends Neo: Ghetsis recently that it made me want to ask this.

How would you do a T-Rated Pokemon game?

Whether it be official or fan-made?

If it was official, I think something among the lines of Earthbound, Undertale, and Early Simpsons could work.

As for fan made… I had this bonkers idea where it’d take advantage of being a Fan Game by having the Player and their friends face off against twisted versions of villains from other media during their journey.

A T-rated Pokemon game? You'd probably get E10 at most. I was going to say make a Colosseum/XD type game but make the crime and the depravity of the villains' goals more explicit to try and get a T.... But even that would probably still make for an E10.

You could have Team Rocket/Cipher/whatever-villain-team be more explicit with their enslaving and abuse of Pokemon and that could probably get you a T. Team Rocket did canonically kill an attempting-to-escape Marowak, after all.

SM (And presumably USUM) has onscreen emotional abuse and manipulation and still didn't get a Teen rating. I find it hard to think of anything the game could do to get a Teen rating that wouldn't propel it past that and into a Mature rating.

An old man died off-screen in either Gen 6 or 7, right? He told you about how much he loves his Pokemon, then after you beat the Elite Four, he's gone and the Pokemon hands you an item.

Hey, if you want a T-rated Pokemon, have Lysandre's genocide actually happen.

Wait.

At least Lysandre gets to boil a pair of Rocket Grunts to death in Masters.

On camera as well.

That's pretty hardcore.

Have Cynthia's Garchomp tear into Team Galaxy grunts. That might even get them an M!

Lance did once have his Dragonite Hyper Beam a Rocket in the face.

That probably should have done a lot more damage when you think about it.

Further proof that Hyper Beam sucks major ass.

Or maybe that Rocket is just really tough?

It's canon in the anime that being built tough is a requirement to be in Team Rocket.

It's how Giovanni survived getting his lab blown up after taunting Mewtwo. Also every time Jessie and James blast off.

This is true.... but if you'll allow me to present my Lukewarm Take...

Anime Team Rocket sucks.

Mainly because they focused on those three for way too long.

It doesn't help that the anime dropped the ball on adapting the other villains.

Except maybe Team Galactic, and Team Flare.

"Dragonite, hit him with Hyper Beam!... But don't kill him. Just grievously injure."

The Pokémon are just firing punches from the punch dimension.
